19/10/2025: We had dinner last night at this osteria and had a truly enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, the service excellent, with very kind and helpful waiters, and the place was well-attended, without the deafening background music that kept you from chatting. We ordered a genovese, but were mistakenly served a lardiata. Despite this, we enjoyed it anyway. To make up for it, however, they offered us a plate of genovese, a gesture not often seen, but much appreciated, which made the evening even more enjoyable! We'll definitely be back; it truly is a five-star place!

29/06/2025: Very good, I chose two fabulous first courses, ravioli stuffed with meat with a butter and sage sauce and spaghetti with yellow and red datterini tomatoes with basil, but it seemed like I had cooked at home, excellent quality roast meat, and a wide selection of wine. Stop and eat and you will not regret it.

06/10/2025: Absolutely NOT to be done again!! The waiters are the worst. The most DISGUSTING part comes when they bring the bill to your table! At that point, all—and I mean ALL—the waiters in the place surround the table, sit down, and demand a tip, first jokingly, then increasingly insistent. They target men and become so invasive they'll even touch their private parts, and they'll stop when they reach a reasonable tip amount! I was the guy's girlfriend, and honestly, something like that really bothered me. Nice place, good food, but the waiters are awful.

05/10/2025: I recommend this place. Excellent value for money... The four of us had one Black Angus menu (the steak was truly tender) and one pork (very generous). We'll definitely be back.

20/06/2025: We have been going to Pizzeria Reginella for years, and it is one of those places where you always want to return because you know you can never go wrong. The pizza is light, cooked to perfection and made with really quality ingredients - you can immediately feel that there is attention and passion in every detail. The service is also always impeccable: kindness, courtesy and a nice family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Inside there are a few tables where you can eat in peace, perfect for a simple evening with friends. For us it is a point of reference in Ercolano. If you have not tried it yet, we recommend it without a doubt!

25/07/2025: Una bella realtà a Poggiomarino da preservare e consigliare a chi ancora non l'ha provata. Sono rimasta sbalordita dai fritti. Crocchè piccolo ma saporito, frittatine asciutte e soprattutto belle cremose. Il menù strizza l'occhio alla modernità, agli accostamenti ricercati, alla sperimentazione. Cosí, tra le novità, proviamo anche l'arancino allo zafferano con battuto di gambero: suggerisco di inserirlo come pezzo fisso del menù almeno per la stagione estiva. Le pizze seguono la stessa scia: classiche e innovative. Tra quest'ultime da menzionare la pizza a doppia cottura: fragrante e allo stesso tempo leggera anche se fritta. La nerano, da me scelta, è con un fondo di zucchine belle saporite, con fette di provolone del monaco che danno quella sapidità e gusto in più. La base è un disco di pizza dall'impasto leggero, morbido e dal cornicione presente ma non invadente. Il personale in sala gentilissimo ha accomto tutte le nostre richieste. La sala inoltre è climatizzata e nuova di zecca. Il conto è nella media. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

20/07/2025: Ieri sera sono stata in questa pizzeria con degli amici, incuriosita dalle numerose volte in cui l’avevo sentita nominare. Abbiamo deciso di provarla e abbiamo prenotato per sabato alle 22. Dopo appena 10 minuti ci hanno accolti e fatto accomodare: il locale si è rivelato molto accogliente, ampio e spazioso — perfetto per una serata in compagnia. Ad accoglierci al tavolo è arrivata Grazia, una ragazza gentilissima, molto professionale e preparata. Le abbiamo chiesto informazioni sulla pizza nel ruoto e con il suo entusiasmo ci ha subito convinti ad provarla. Una scelta azzeccatissima: croccante, gustosa, e perfetta per chi vuole assaggiare qualcosa di diverso dalla classica napoletana. Grazia ci ha poi consigliato anche una pizza tradizionale da provare, e ha fatto centro anche lì. I miei amici hanno preso la frittatina come antipasto — decisamente buona, saporita e ben fritta. Che dire? Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Ottimo servizio, buon cibo e atmosfera piacevole. Tutto di nostro gradimento! 🍕🙌

06/10/2025: *2/5 stars - Intermittent Service* I've been a customer of this place for a year now and have always appreciated the quality of the coffee and the welcoming atmosphere. However, recently I've noticed a significant change in the service. The waitress always seems rushed and unhelpful. I ordered a cappuccino and had to wait longer than usual. When it arrived, it was cold, and the waitress slammed it on the table without even asking if everything was okay. What struck me most was her attitude; it seemed like she was doing us a favor by serving us rather than providing quality service. Considering I'm a regular customer, I expected better treatment. I hope the service improves soon, because the place deserves better. Perhaps they should work on customer service and staff training. The quality of the coffee is still good, but service can make a big difference. *Tip for the place*: A little more attention to customers could make a big difference. I continue to hope for better.

23/04/2025: Lovely café near the old part of Procida. I've been here a few times and enjoyed it every time. There's almost always a group sitting outside which is always a good sign.

01/09/2025: Not recommended :( - this hotel has absolutely nothing to do with 4 stars + friendly staff at reception + pool and garden - bathroom that was constantly flooded and wasn't repaired!! - many things didn't work Hairdryer turns off after a few seconds / the sunshade on the loungers by the pool wouldn't stay up. Screws need to be tightened / motion detectors went off too quickly in the toilets / - old-fashioned and run-down door locks on the toilet didn't work We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM and discovered that the bathroom was flooded. We immediately reported the problem to reception. Unfortunately, by the time we were ready to get ready in the evening, nothing had happened. The cleaning lady didn't come by until shortly before bedtime. After another complaint to reception The bathroom flooded again overnight, which was especially unpleasant when you had to use the toilet at night. The next day, someone was sent again to fix the problem, but it wasn't fixed. They only placed towels over the holes, so the bathroom continued to flood. was flooded. Unfortunately, we weren't offered a room change, and after three days the problem still hadn't been resolved. This made the stay very inconvenient and unpleasant.

19/08/2025: Overall had a great experience at this hotel. It is a small hotel which is more intimate feeling. We were a little disappointed in the size of our room, and the decor was out dated. There wasn't really any evening entertainment, but a short walk to bars if you wanted that, and also they had Netflix on the TV so we caught up on our programmes some nights. But everything else made up for that in terms of the service we received. The staff were very attentive, friendly and hard working. I would say the service matched that of a more expensive hotel, so I applaud them and thank them for making our stay pleasureable. The food, on occasions had a few strange options, but everything was presented well and tasted amazing! Would have been nice if water was offered in the evening with our meal but we had to add this on as extra.
