09/10/2025: Waited an hour for lukewarm pasta. My friend ordered a bean soup and it was pathetically small and sad. Altogether we paid 70 euros for our worst meal in Naples. Deeply disappointing!

03/10/2025: The service is a shame. They don't respect the order in which the order is taken when ordering your order; the last one to arrive is the first. Plus, we had to wait an hour for a second course without bringing the first course, or even serving the bread, which they then charge for. The food isn't bad, but the service is subpar. A shame.

06/05/2025: bella scoperta, locale molto ben curato, zona centrale ma non affollata, personale di sala molto gentile e professionale, menù interessante, ovviamente di carne ma anche un vegetariano può mangiare bene, carne di ottima qualità, piatti ben presentati e porzioni più che giuste, buona scelta di vini, e anche buoni dolci, insomma un locale dove tornerei anche perchè ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per quello che si mangia, per il servizio e per la location.

28/07/2025: La location è molto bella e curata, immersa nel verde, il personale è gentile e disponibile, e si interessa molto al cliente. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cibo di qualità, e prezzi ottimi , dunque rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. Abbiamo diviso in due un antipasto per 1 persona ed era molto buono, così come anche i due primi. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio davanti al ristorante dove però si accede attraverso una stradina che non permette il passaggio di più di una macchina,oppure c’è un parcheggio a pagamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal ristorante, a cui si accede attraverso una salita un po’ lunga. Mi dispiace che il ristorante sia un po’ nascosto, perché merita veramente tanto

28/07/2025: Fornito di parcheggio per auto e location semplice ma piena di particolari. Cibo ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi dove purtroppo ci siamo fermati , prezzi più che giusti e personale super carino e disponibile. Lo consiglierei a tutti e spero di tornarci presto per provare il loro coniglio.

21/10/2025: The Parco Hotel in Lecco enjoys a truly strategic and panoramic location, with a marvelous view of the lake. The hotel has a large, convenient, and spacious rear parking lot, accommodating several cars; additional parking spaces are also available at the front, ideal for short stays. A pizzeria and several shops are nearby, making the area both convenient and lively. It's an excellent base for business travelers, offering easy access to both Lecco city center and the Upper Lake District. It's also a good choice for tourists, thanks to its lakeside location and tranquil setting. The hotel is overall beautiful and welcoming, with clean rooms and a generous, well-served breakfast. Perhaps a little more attention could be paid to aesthetic details, such as wall maintenance or minor interior improvements, but overall it remains a very solid and pleasant establishment, definitely worth recommending.

20/10/2025: Horrible stay. The only redeeming factor to this place is the beautiful view of the lake. But beware of booking a mountain view room for more money, because you’ll face a busy road. This review was initially posted on Booking.com. 20min after I posted it, I got a call from an Indian man who started screaming at me on the phone about leaving a bad review of the hotel. He was bribing me trying to take it down. After the phone call he marked me as “missed my reservation” which therefore doesn’t allow to leave a review on the site. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS -The room had very clear water damage throughout the room. One of us is sensitive to mold and water damage. After seeing the water damage in the room we brought this up to the front desk to ask for either a change of room or refund. The front desk acknowledged that there had been major leaks and flooding throughout the room and hotel. This was clear upon booking the room. We were advised by that no room change or refund would be available even through booking.com allowed me the option of booking a room on the same night through the app. All this lead to one of us getting very bad strep throat and a sinus infection due to the obvious black mold in the room. (We were unable to go elsewhere this night due to budget and time of night checking in). -Other issues with this hotel include the bed. It is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in the mattress when you lay on it. The bed is quite literally two separate single beds pushed together with two separate frames. They don't use fitted sheets on the bed, so throughout the night the sheet moves and you end up sleeping right on the mattress. The mattress we got was stained in a previous guests blood which is beyond disgusting. -The hotel itself needs major renovations as it's outdated. -The staff are unknowledgeable on the ferry and train schedules. Sayid told us multiple wrong times for both which caused us to miss and delay us an hour due to infrequent scheduled trains -If you visit in off season it's worth noting that this town is basically seasonal so all shops and restaurants are shut down. You must commute into Lecco or elsewhere and the trains stop early

13/10/2025: A historic restaurant, unfortunately, this place has also bowed to the rules and chaos of tourism. Decent dishes but very expensive, service almost inadequate, chaotic and unorganized. The appetizers, which were passable, arrived within half an hour of each other for two people. In fact, they had completely forgotten to serve mine. I had to ask a waiter, who, mortified, went to see what had happened. As I was saying, the workload is huge, so more organization is needed, a slightly more extensive menu, and a rethink of the price list, which doesn't quite live up to the menu! P.S. I'm not a tourist!

18/07/2025: Non è la prima volta che ci mangio ma stasera antipasto scarso crudo non eccezionale ma soprattutto una linguina all’astice servito freddo sia la linguina che lo stesso astice erano freddi e asciutti

16/07/2025: Purtroppo non è’ più il ristorante di una volta. Frittura secca e gommosa. Alle 22.30 già davano chiari cenni che dovevamo andare via.

27/09/2025: It's sad to think that in my area certain restaurants never improve... on the contrary... as usual that false courtesy serves to better hide that miserable opportunity to steal even that extra euro from an already inflated bill (without a receipt), in which they even made a 3-year-old child pay the cover charge. Not to mention the pizza that I personally did not like at all.

21/07/2025: Pur essendo napoletano, solo qualche giorno fa sono stato a pranzo in questo ristorante, molto rinomato e più volte premiato. Non intendo descrivere le pietanze per lasciare la sorpresa a chi vorrà gustarle, ma devo sottolinearne l'assoluta qualità. Decisamente degna di nota l'amichevole cortesia dei proprietari e del personale tutto. Locale carino e conto adeguato. Ottima esperienza, da consigliare.

23/09/2025: The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, but I was bothered by the orderliness of the rooms (cracked toilet seat, missing refrigerator, walls). They have "interesting" breakfast times, we never had to agree on when breakfast would start (they always started cleaning when I arrived). The cleaner did her job perfectly, but I was bothered by the fact that she kept moving the dirty clothes that were on the floor separately from the others (into the closet, in a suitcase, etc.).

19/08/2025: The rotisserie chicken was very good, the sandwich was excellent, large and filled to the brim.

30/07/2025: Chickens always tasty and well cooked, clean frying, I recommend the chips!!!

19/10/2025: We had dinner last night at this osteria and had a truly enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, the service excellent, with very kind and helpful waiters, and the place was well-attended, without the deafening background music that kept you from chatting. We ordered a genovese, but were mistakenly served a lardiata. Despite this, we enjoyed it anyway. To make up for it, however, they offered us a plate of genovese, a gesture not often seen, but much appreciated, which made the evening even more enjoyable! We'll definitely be back; it truly is a five-star place!

29/06/2025: Very good, I chose two fabulous first courses, ravioli stuffed with meat with a butter and sage sauce and spaghetti with yellow and red datterini tomatoes with basil, but it seemed like I had cooked at home, excellent quality roast meat, and a wide selection of wine. Stop and eat and you will not regret it.
