Nice and charming place, set in the fortress. The cellar, although varied, appears a little bare. As for the cuisine, the proposal includes rustic dishes, attributable to a trattoria. Nice place for a casual dinner.

If you pass through Montefiascone, stop here. We ate two exquisite first courses (carbonara and pasta alla Viterbo), a mixed grill (normal) and a good salted caramel cheesecake. A gem: they have a small accessible cellar where you can personally choose the wine. The girl (I think she is the owner) knows very well how to treat customers well. The location really deserves more than one photo. Very honest bill for the pleasant evening and the quality of the dishes.

Beautiful location, excellent food

We probably arrived too early, despite the opening times stated, so the restaurant wasn't completely cleaned yet, so much for the negative. The staff was very friendly, we were served quickly and the cuisine delighted our taste buds. Highly, highly recommended!
