Capitati per caso in questo moderno ristorante , abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare innanzitutto la raffinatezza del locale e la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale e del proprietario. Per quanto riguarda la cucina i piatti che abbiamo scelto sono stati ottimi, in particolare il filetto di maialino. Complimenti!

The attention to detail is impressive, from the atmosphere of the internal and external environments, intimate and refined, to the care in the dishes, with almost obsessively balanced and meticulous combinations, from the choice of the highest quality materials to the plating, to the care in the service, precise and competent.
The cuisine honors the quality of the materials used, never banal even in the raw dishes (highly recommended).
And as the icing on the cake, an excellent wine list and a value for money never found elsewhere.
The next time we return to Sicily it will be an obligatory stop!

Locale raffinato, personale molto cortese e disponibile, Mario ci ha spiegato il menù in maniera dettagliata consigliandoci sulle portate. Abbiamo fatto una cena a base di pesce davvero ottima, con piatti della tradizione rivisitati in maniera egregia! Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti Grazie chef Umberto e davvero complimenti! Continuate così !

Very pleasant place, fresh and clean in all senses. The waitress and the owner tried hard to understand us because we don't speak Italian. The food was excellent and recommended for everyone. Thanks.
Locale molto gradevole, fresco e pulito in tutti i sensi. The camera and the proprietario Hanno Fatto are a grande sforzo for capirci perché non parliamo Italiano. The cibo was excellent and consigliato a tutti. Grace.

Restaurant found by chance on the internet which met, if not exceeded, all our expectations: it is always nice, as restaurateurs, to find quality, dedication and passion for your work... trained staff (both in the dining room and in the kitchen), The very kind owner and location allowed us to spend a very pleasant evening of good food! Se avessi potuto avrei dato non 6 ma 7 stelle.qualitá del pesce e della carne ottima e devo dire che il loro gambero rosso delle isole eolie é una delizia fatta gambero,lo consiglio perché si scioglie in bocca manco fosse burro.
L'unica pecca é che nel menú online potrebbero aggiungere le cose che ti dicono a voce e devo dire che non é pieno di opzioni per mangiare.
