Of all the restaurants of its kind. I found it to be the best both in terms of food and the owners, who are kind, give explanations and try to solve the customer's needs as best as possible. Excellent value for money, perhaps the cheapest is the fixed price version with different courses included. Others do half portions. But they abound😁 and well cooked and tasty. For the very expert Sicilians as they are islanders, especially the Syracusans, obviously we realize that the fish is often frozen, but well seasoned and excellently prepared, obviously the raw fish that the other diners at my table eat (I didn't) found it good. The place is nice, good hygiene 👀 you can often see it from how they keep the toilet clean, it's a shame that it's difficult to find parking nearby, but that's the only flaw. For everything else I recommend it
