Ristorante Pizzeria Il Colle In Budoni

Tried it in the summer I'll start right away by saying that this evening I ate one of the best first courses I've ever eaten in my life: a touching plate of spaghetti with sea urchins. I have no words to describe the taste, delicacy and flavor of this (abundant) dish. Truly applause-worthy. Going in order, the location is fantastic: breathtaking views of the bay of Porto Ottiolu which this evening also delighted us with a full moon reflecting on the sea! Dinner began with a seafood mix where, among the various dishes, the octopus carpaccio with pistachios and a delicious salmon stood out. I then continued with the fantastic first one, already described. Finally, my partner and I shared a good turbot with potatoes. In addition to these dishes I tasted a grilled tuna from my cousin's dish, which I would define as perfect! Overall, I would say it was a truly spectacular evening.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante ieri sera 27/08. si trova a Budoni in via Nazionale 52, proprio sulla passeggiata, locale pulito, curato con diversi tavoli all’esterno. Insalata di mare buonissima come gli spaghetti allo scoglio, la Fregola allo scoglio una delle più buone che abbiamo mangiato, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, assolutamente consigliato!
