Make a reservation here, because there are only 8 tables! And don't be fooled by the outside. Because once inside, you will be greeted by the sweetest and friendliest people in this restaurant. They serve certified meat from the Tuscan Chianina breed (Florence region). The fantastic T-bone (Bistecca) is also available in other and cheaper varieties. Order 1 large one of 1kg for 2 people and, after your inspection, it will be prepared on the BBQ in the middle of the restaurant. Fantastic! Please note, the price is a bit higher. But totally worth it. Because this is the best steak I have eaten in Tuscany!!! Tip: You can park directly next to the building, at the back.

As a starter we had three types of tartare which were really very good. For the main course we had the steak with truffle honey. I ordered mine medium and it arrived quite bloody and very cold. Unfortunately it's a shame for €40. Tasted good, it was something new. For dessert I had a tangerine sorbet which was incredibly tasty and refreshing! The waiting time is very long. On average we waited 30-45 minutes. The service was very friendly and speaks good English.

Location piccola e piacevole. Titolare cordiale .. nonostante alcune recensioni che dicono il contrario. Ottima la proposta dei diversi tagli di carne. Piccola entree gentilmente offerta. Interessante la proposta delle bottiglie da 0.375 per chi non beve in compagnia. Rapporto qualità costo forse eccessivo. Ma nulla da eccepire perché i prezzi sono ben chiari ed esposti.

The biggest surprise during our holiday in Tuscany!
The steak tartare as a starter. That already boded well.
The main course was prepared over smoldering wood remnants and served with passion. Never had such a tender and delicious steak. The truffle honey sauce made it even more memorable.
Extremely friendly and charming service by the chef's father.
It will be difficult to top this experience anywhere else.

difficile trovare in zona un posto migliore per mangiare una fiorentina o una tagliata ben fatta. La scottona di chianina è eccellente, soprattutto grazie alla maestria con cui viene cucinata. Ottima anche la tagliata, consigliatissima per i ragazzi che vogliono approcciarsi alla cultura bisteccaiola.
Proprietario gentilissimo e servizio ottimo.
Lista vini non eccellente ma comunque ben fornita e con prezzi onestissimi.

Divine meat! It's also nice to watch it being cooked. Chianina scottona steak at €9.50 per hectogram which is actually not cheap but worth it. The only thing is that I had the impression of being welcomed with kindness but then during dinner the attitude changed a bit when we didn't consume any wine or desserts etc. (due to our dietary needs). But then again, it could just be my impression. For the rest absolutely nothing to say! Try it!

Grossartiges Steakrestaurant. Die Steaks werden vor den Gästen zubereitet und auf dem grossen Grill cross und zart gebraten. Einzigartig, das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb, der Sohn ist der Chef und seine Eltern helfen im Service und in der Küche.

Esperienza definirei perfetta. La carne è veramente ottima in ogni versione venga proposta, i gestori sono veramente cortesi, tutto viene servito al momento giusto affinché ogni pietanza possa essere gustata nella sua interezza, abbiamo notato una non usuale attenzione affinché la carne venga gustata calda anche durante la cena con uso di lampade riscaldanti. Vino ottimo dolci pure. Consigliatissimo
