It is the revisitation of the most famous cellar in the city with a new proposal on both wine and food. I have always found fresh ingredients and the menu, with a few well-studied dishes, changes with the season. The wine here never disappoints me, thanks to the owner Pierluigi who always tries to offer exclusive and particular products alongside the chosen classics. Both Italian and international tastings are often organised.

Un locale che si presenta carico di storia nel centro dell'Aquila! Ambiente conviviale, dove si sentono solo vibrazioni positive con mura ed arredi con anima! Focacce spettacolari da accompagnare con un buon vino o con birra! Personale a modo, disponibile e cordiale...come sempre in Abruzzo! Da mettere in cima alla lista per una sosta! Complimenti

It was a historic place.... I had dinner with cheese and saffron stuffed pallotte and sautéed chicory with potatoes.... nothing exceptional... good choice of wines selected by the owner of the place

Locale in pieno centro con possibilità di pranzare all’aperto in piazzetta. Focaccia molto abbondante, polpette cacio e ovo molto saporite, amatriciana e gnocchi ben fatti. Prezzo corretto per quanto offerto.

04/03/2024: After a rather ICE first impression upon arrival, we immediately changed our minds, we had a wonderful time. Maximum availability and kindness on the part of the owner nicknamed 'The Magician' who, in addition to the catering, also introduced us to the small village and the beautiful people who live there. In this restaurant we ate excellent truffle and mushroom tagliatelle for lunch, tender grilled lamb, tasty, perfectly cooked, Homemade lentils served with delicious croutons and raw oil. The top: Angus and bean stew, truly excellent.
18/02/2024: Cozy and charming place. Quality food and drinks, friendly staff. All pleasant, we will definitely return.

16/03/2024: Sulla strada per Fonte Cerreto fuori dal borgo di Asserfi cè questo locale molto ben arredato di un certo tono fuori dagli schemi della ruspante trattoria abruzzese ( presenti comunque al centro di Assergi vedi altra recensione). Patron cortese e competente. Vino rosso discreto. Agnello alla griglia non proprio saporito anche se tenero . Molto buone le patate arrosto con la giusta crosticina e morbude dentro. Buono il dolce di cioccolato Prezzo 31 euro in linea con il tipo di locale. Vulia ... sarà voglia ? di tornare in buna compagnia.
21/01/2024: Ristorante molto accogliente,il proprietario splendido ,sono andata con mio nipote di due anni che potete immaginare cosa possa avere combinato ma tutti pazienti ,comprensivi e gentilissimi.Cibo ottimo ,servizio ottimo .
