15/03/2024: The course program, which was already vast in itself, was unexpectedly expanded by the chef who also showed us unexpected recipes. Meats, fish, leavened products, condiments, vegetables, desserts... valuable advice... and much more! I appreciated the choice to limit the number of participants, thus allowing them to cook and directly put into practice what was generously explained by Cristian, a competent, passionate and also friendly chef.
