Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante giusto per un po' di relax dopo un'impegnativa escursione. Ottimo servizio, gentilezza. Gustato strudel, prima, e birretta, dopo, con bellissima vista su Sua Maestà, il Monte Rosa, dalla terrazza panoramica del ristorante.

Dopo 45 anni siamo tornati sul Monte Moro.Abbiamo deciso di mangiare al rifugio Lago Smeraldo.Devo complimentarmi con il personale molto gentile .Rifugio pulito(bagni puliti e profumati,era tempo che non ne trovavo così) e ben tenuto.Abbiamo mangiato bene e il prezzo più che giusto.Terrazza panoramica,pranzare con un panorama così è fantastico.

Il cibo è ottimo. Personalmente ho reso una zuppa di legumi e verdure che ho trovato fantastica. Anche l atmosfera è proprio quella che ci si aspetterebbe in un rifugiodi alta montagna. Consigliato

23/03/2024: We had a wonderful view of the small harbor and Isola Madre. The meal was excellent; the cuisine is extremely creative without being over-the-top. We ate soft potato gnocchi with a cheese sauce made with Aosta Valley cheese and black truffles. The trio from the lake, trout tartare with mountain blueberry sauce, corregone with lemony grated fruit puree and eel with sashimi and chutney was a real treat. The squab in a great sauce was excellent, as was the turbot with kale and truffle sauce. The sage sorbet and the meringue with rosemary extract - delicious, to put in. The same applies to the sorbet with meringue, a mousse made from American strawberries from a 100-year-old plant. An exceptional meal in a very pleasant atmosphere. The price is not cheap, but reasonable.
