We stopped on a Friday evening and had two pints consumed in the restaurant. Well-leavened dough, light and well cooked. Crispy and soft at the same time. Generous and good quality toppings, all very digestible. 5 star pinse, definitely worth trying. Service with some naivety, due to the young age of the boy who served us. Anyway, well done, keep it up.

Buona la pinsa, gentilissima e disponibile la signora che gestisce il locale. Ambiente piccolo e "spartano" ma accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con The Fork.

Devo dire un' ottima pinsa. Gustosa, croccante e contestualmente leggera. Insomma deliziosa. Non ho recensito il locale semplicemente perché ho fruito della consegna sul lavoro. Anche qui, servizio davvero impeccabile. Easy, preciso e piacevole. Ha consegnato la proprietaria, persona davvero gradevole. Molto consigliata! Buona pinsa a tutti!

02/02/2024: I went yesterday for a business dinner with both Italian and foreign colleagues. I discovered a gem of a restaurant. The environment is intimate and welcoming, with few seats. The owners were very kind and attentive to the needs of all the tables. The cuisine is traditional Italian, but revisited, the portions are elegantly presented, but at the same time quite generous: for example the starters are really rich, satisfying like a first course. Prices are appropriate for the type of venue and service. To return with my wife for an intimate dinner
