The atmosphere is very beautiful and romantic.
01/01/2026: My fiancé's family is a loyal customer (especially for receptions).
I had the pleasure of hosting their New Year's Eve dinner...and it was definitely the best I've ever been to (it's difficult to eat well in these settings, even at high-end restaurants).
Excellent food quality, served promptly and courteously, the location was welcoming and beautifully decorated, and the table setting was beautiful.
Superb selection of wines (which you can see in my photo of the menu), which were included at will.

15/01/2026: A truly welcoming place, small but absolutely tidy and full of local products. The food we were served was top-quality, with locally sourced cured meats and excellent wild boar stew. The host was very attentive and excellent at explaining the food.

06/01/2026: Five vegans landed in Arquà Petrarca, near Petrarca's house, in a tavern that screams "mountains = meat everywhere." We thought: well, we'll just have a sad salad and say goodbye.
Instead, a big surprise! The manager (super professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly) welcomed us with a FULL VEGAN MENU! Two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses—all elaborate, flavorful, and carefully prepared. Unbelievable.
If I really had to say something, it would be a piece of advice: make the portions a little larger, because let's face it, even us herbivores get hungry!
Spectacular place, top atmosphere. Highly recommended by discerning vegans!
06/01/2026: A truly excellent experience in every way. The location is elegant and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. The food was a pleasant surprise: high-quality dishes, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. An added bonus is definitely the owner's hospitality: kind, helpful, and capable of making guests feel at home. A restaurant where you can sense their passion for their work. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

07/01/2026: A rustic and quaint restaurant in the beautiful village of Arquà Petrarca. The food was good, the menu was small but varied (the only shame was that even though we ordered starters, we already sold out of two main courses).
Another negative (and a huge one in my opinion): the waiter and owner were VERY RUSHful. We didn't even have time to finish before they asked us if we wanted the bill, and then we didn't even have time to get up before they started spending a fortune. Also, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was cold; you can't eat with cold feet.
05/01/2026: Beautiful place nestled in a village. We ate very well, from appetizers to dessert, wine, and coffee. I highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

03/12/2025: The wine by the glass wasn't very good, but the cuts were excellent.
24/10/2025: It's a pleasant little establishment with two terraces, offering ice cream, pastries, and various snacks. Otherwise, it's a perfectly normal bar. The problem is that, among other drinks, we ordered a birra bionda piccola, in other words, a 20cl draft beer. I was very surprised to pay €4 for this beer, which is more expensive than in big cities in upscale cafes. In other words, a rip-off for the tourists that we are, the ones who support them. Lamentable.
PS: I didn't say anything, being allergic to scandals.

18/01/2026: The place is quaint. The waiters are young and very kind. The bruschetta is carefully topped. The quality of the ingredients used is decent. Excellent price.
P.S. The bathroom sink is cute, it says "automatic faucet" and you have to keep pressing a button to get the water to come out. You do it with a smile and a smile.

05/08/2025: Capitati quasi per caso domenica scorsa per il pranzo. Location incantevole. Titolare estremamente gentile. Personale di sala altrettanto cordiale. Antipasto mio molto buono ( fiori di zucca ripieni di baccalà mantecato) Così come il primo del mio compagno (tortiglioni di patate al ragù bianco). Le noti dolenti sono arrivate con i ns due secondi ordinati: 1 coscia di faraona che non era a mio parere memorabile, ne’ come gusto ne’ come cottura. L’altro secondo ovvero costolette d’agnello deludente (carne molto molto dura). All’atto del pagamento, però il titolare ha compreso quanto verificatosi e non ci ha conteggiato uno dei due secondi. Ottimo gesto da parte Sua. Senz’altro ben gradito da parte nostra. Torneremo. Magari per provare qualche piatto del menu’ di pesce. Un’ultima nota che spero il titolare gentile ed attento non vorrà’ tralasciare : davvero le porzioni sono (troppo) risicate. Mi creda… la quantità del cibo suggerisco davvero di riconsiderarla, implementandola. Grazie.
03/08/2025: Locale molto bello e curato con vista sui colli. Personale cortese e premuroso. Piatti qualitativamente buoni ma porzioni ristrette in rapporto ai prezzi, specie per quel che riguarda i primi (5 tortelli 18€ mi pare davvero troppo…).
Esperienza nel complesso positiva seppur migliorabile.
