17/03/2024: Prices are completely insane. 4€ for a coke or 6€ for Fries that are cooked in old oil. In general the food is subbar. Nothing extraordinarily good. Only the view is spectacular.
12/03/2024: A nice place with nice service and a beautiful view from the terrace. Prices slightly higher than in nearby restaurants. The Sacher Torte I ate was tasty, but not the freshest.

14/05/2024: Nice restaurant, just before Alleghe, coming from Agordo. Clean and welcoming. Excellent service, always available and precise. We tried:
Salmon trout fillet, with bear's garlic, almonds and pine nuts sauce.
Spinach sautéed in oil and chilli.
Potato croquettes.
Beautiful pear Elena
Tiramisu.
All very good. Average price

02/04/2024: Fantastic environment, despite knowing the country very well I had never been there. Absolutely good prices and truly excellent typical food. The only small flaw was that we weren't able to book because the phone didn't work.

24/03/2024: Great location - view of the lake, approx. 500 m to the gondola lift. (The ski bus goes there). The service was fantastic - everyone was smiling and nice, the cleanliness was also at a high level

Very spacious and clean rooms.
Excellent breakfast.
Located in a strategic position a short distance from the ski lifts and the ski slopes.
Magnificent view of Lake Alleghe.
Polite, helpful, kind and welcoming staff.
We will certainly be more than happy to return next winter.

07/04/2024: Good service, the Deer Goulash is very good and I recommend the Aperol appetizer. I came back 2 times in 1 week. Next door there is a ski equipment rental store and the slope is very close.

The interior, welcoming and well organised, offers plenty of seating, ideal for those who prefer the warm atmosphere of the mountains.
The welcome of the staff really makes the difference: always smiling and friendly, even in moments of great influx, they demonstrate a heartfelt hospitality that makes the experience even more pleasant.
Speaking of food, here I found the best goulash I've ever tasted, and believe me, it's not the first I've tried.
The tiramisu also deserves a special mention: creamy, balanced and absolutely worth trying. Both dishes are testimony to the refuge's culinary excellence.
The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered, and the location adds invaluable value to the overall experience.
The breathtaking view and unique atmosphere make every visit unforgettable.
In short, if you are looking for a place where good food and the beauty of nature meet, this refuge is the perfect choice.

23/08/2023: I'm giving 1 star because, instead of a dinner as I normally expected, I received an aperitif, a relative of mine ordered a Coca-Cola and it arrived with ⅓ of a glass. For 200g of cold cuts, ⅓ of a glass filled with Coca-Cola, 330ml of tea, a beer and a small glass of wine we spent €37.50, truly shameful!
