14/09/2025: I visited Ristomacelleria Brida and it was a truly amazing experience, highly recommended! 🌟 Here, meat is the absolute star: excellent quality, select cuts, and perfect cooking that brings out the flavors to the fullest. We tried the tartare, incredibly fresh and expertly crafted, a dish worth the visit alone. The Florentine steak was spectacular: tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as requested. The ribs and gourmet burgers also won everyone over with their flavor and presentation. The side dishes are also not to be missed: simple yet sophisticated, perfectly complementing each course. The service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, and always ready to recommend the right dish and the best pairing. The atmosphere combines the conviviality of an osteria with the sophistication of a modern steakhouse, creating a welcoming and distinctive atmosphere. In short: a true excellence for meat lovers. 12/10/2025: Very good restaurant with grill and pizzeria. It is nice that it is one of the few establishments in the area that offers late lunches in the afternoon between lunch and dinner. Nice interior, outdoor garden in the summer. Tasty food, reasonable prices, friendly service. I recommend.

04/10/2025: A dream location, directly overlooking the lake: the spectacle of nature accompanying you from start to finish. The food was simply sublime: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors of Trentino tradition, and generous portions. From the dumplings to the traditional desserts, everything was prepared with great care. One detail I really appreciated: they also offer a special dog menu, so our four-legged friends can enjoy the experience with us. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere makes the experience even more special. I highly recommend booking a table with a lake view to fully enjoy the magic of the place. A place that perfectly combines landscape and good food: I will definitely be back!

15/07/2025: Every time I return to Pellizzano, it's my go-to spot for breakfast and a snack. You have no idea how delicious Sicilian brioches are!!!! 🤤 But also the classic ones, and you can fill them with a variety of creams. It's a temptation I always happily give in to! 😅 Plus, the girls are always so kind 👍🏻

06/09/2025: We came for a horseback ride, truly beautiful, fantastic horses, and wonderful service. The people were very kind and helpful. A truly wonderful place.

30/08/2025: We took a one-hour horseback ride for 30 euros, worth it for the beauty of the places and the very well-treated horses, and the girls who guided us and advised us during the trip were excellent.

21/09/2025: A "luxury" mountain hut, both for the price and the services offered. A family-friendly place, both for the surrounding trails and woods and the meadows surrounding the hut. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Excellent dinner and breakfast. I also note the owners' willingness to lock up their two male dogs when we needed to go out with our dog.

01/09/2025: Perhaps the most authentic mountain hut I've visited in Val di Sole. It can be reached by car. The food is good, homemade, and features a typical mountain hut menu. There's not much room to stretch out on the deckchairs, etc., but it's still pleasant. There are also donkeys and cows for the kids to see.
