24/03/2024: Simply excellent place, "family" managed but of the highest level. Each dish is well prepared and of incredible quality, the staff is very kind, friendly and very attentive, the place is beautiful and the menu is not a bible but a mix of not too many choices all described in detail. The portions, despite what one might expect given the name and importance of the chef, are fair, honestly we left happy, really good..

14/05/2024: We ate here by chance, looking for a nice place to spend a day with friends, the place is lovely and well looked after, both in terms of furnishings and in terms of taste. The farm is immersed in the Tuscan countryside surrounded by vineyards of all types, extremely well-kept and tidy. The food? What can I say... excellent, quality. Top service, the waitresses always ready to take care of the customer, with new requests. Lunch begins with an offering of prosecco and a basket of sgabei or fried gnocco, absolutely light, they go down a pleasure🙂. Varied menu of new and particular dishes. Seasoned just right and not heavy at all. We had a first course each, and 2.5 kg of Florentine (there were 4 of us plus an 11 year old child), dessert, 1 bottle of red Chianti, coffee and liqueurs, spending €60 each. The flaw that ruined lunch a bit was the back and forth of people going out onto the terrace, constantly opening the door and it was drafty, the cold air while you were eating wasn't very pleasant. I would recommend leaving the door closed in the winter or at least not placing the table close to the door.

04/02/2024: Came here for the lunch portion of our winery tour. Roberto, the owner of this 300 year old estate, was very kind and welcoming. Maria, who was both a driver and chef was incredible. The spread that they prepared was phenomenal. They did well to accommodate my vegetarian diet and the two non-drinkers with us (they had a couple non-alcoholic wines available during the lunch).

04/01/2024: I visited there as part of a wine tour and tasting. The wine and all of the food pairing was fantastic, our host was very knowledgeable and helpful!

16/03/2024: A small place, it displays paintings by artists who vary every so often. Well furnished and intimate. The dishes vary from traditional Tuscan dishes to special creations by the Chef. Truly unique and delicious, well presented and of quality.

25/03/2024: Booked as a surprise for my birthday, very welcoming place, very fast and precise service, excellent food! I highly recommend the Fiorentina cooked just right and very soft.

07/05/2024: An informal place that is also suitable for events. We celebrated our little girl's Communion. Very courteous and helpful staff, they welcomed our requests and accommodated us. Also recommended for spending an evening with friends.

05/05/2024: If you love horses this is the right place. The appetizers need improvement, especially the cold cuts on the platter. The tagliatelle and gnocchi and the fried fish were very good. Excellent price quality. The cost was 39 euros each and there were 3 of us. Two first courses, two appetizers, a fried dish, a side dish, water, 3 coffees and two desserts.

05/05/2024: Una chiapparella x turisti o x chi non sa mangiare: coccoli non lievitati e troppo unti, affettati di scarsa qualità e mi fermo qui x il cibo….. Cameriera giovane non formata, troppo basico anche se i prezzi sono alti x la scarsa qualità del cibo offerto…. Unica cosa buona: il forno della Valoriani…. Ma se non si sa fare gli impasti…. Non credo ci rivedremo…..

10/04/2024: We made reservations through WhatsApp for 6 people on a Ristaurante night in early April. It turns out there is tons of seating both inside and out. There is an extensive menu in both Italian and English. Pastas, meat and fish dishes, and wood oven pizzas. Our group sampled everything except the pizza. Note: portion size is enormous. Everyone loved their foods - delicious and fresh ingredients. House wine by the 1 litre bottle for 10 euros. A great spot with a very engaging owner/server.

19/05/2024: Just spent a wonderful day in a beautiful environment surrounded by greenery, ate excellently, the children had a good time, they visited the animals between one course and another and played a bit in the garden after lunch. Highly recommended!!

16/05/2024: Wonderful food, wonderful views and great wines. We ate here twice in one week and were rewarded each time with a great sunset and excellent cuisine. The homemade ravioli with truffles and the beef fillet were great. We will definitely come back at some point. 🙃

21/05/2024: We spent a few days in Montespertoli and ate here twice (you can also take pizza with you). It's the best pizza we've eaten so far (our opinion). Silva is a very friendly person. Thank you for your warmth! When we're in the area again, we'll stop by.

29/04/2024: If you are tourists, I do not recommend it. An unacceptable waiting time for an order of a Pano Arabe, a Coca Cola and a small bottle of water. We waited over an hour to be served at the table. An Italian couple who arrived a good 40 minutes after us, waited around 15-20 minutes and were greeted with the biggest smiles. We were served almost at the same time. No words of apology or kindness, our presence was clearly not welcome. However, we remained very polite and respectful. Very disappointed because given the reviews on Google, we couldn't wait to try this pretty, very charming pizzeria. On the other hand, the human side clearly leaves something to be desired and there is no gesture of courtesy if you are a foreigner! Finally, we were charged €2 more without any explanation! Frankly, I'm not for leaving such bad reviews, but this is clearly not nice! I hope that this will allow them to question themselves, because 10€ paid by an Italian or by a foreigner, it goes to the same fund and has the same value! Best wishes!
