A place where the sandwiches really taste, are made with care and are delicious!
The fried sweet potatoes and those with carbonara sauce are absolutely worth trying.

04/10/2023: We had lunch and dinner in this restaurant for a whole week, there was nothing we didn't like, everything was delicious, from the pizza to the fish dishes, to the tiramisu, spectacular. Super recommended!
26/09/2023: A really well-located restaurant with a direct view of the beach and sea. Incredibly polite and accommodating wait staff. The food was beautifully prepared and really tasty. We had grilled fish with a fantastic Lugana white wine. We have already decided that there must be a visit before our holiday ends on 1 October.
Can be highly recommended.

The Sicilian cuisine, the presentation of the plates, the setting of the Agriturismo building, everything was perfect.
Thanks to Ignazzio for his impeccable service, his wine advice and his welcome!

04/03/2024: Yesterday, Sunday 3 March, my family and I had lunch at Villa Cefala', we were welcomed with a very good welcome barbecue thanks to the beautiful sunny day, then lunch from starter to dessert was a tasty journey through typical cuisine Sicilian, everything was delicious, we were pampered by all the staff but especially by Ignazio, you can see that he loves his job and does his best to make the customer go and return with a smile! Highly recommended for me and my whole family!

09/02/2024: Approved in all its aspects. The dinner was wonderful, the view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is magical. We were here in the middle of summer and although there were a lot of customers, the staff was really kind and very helpful in finding us a table for two.

28/05/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia, la cucina discreta.
Prezzo assurdo per un antipasto di calamari fritti (15€) spacciato per fresco e porzione ridotta.
Non sono riuscita a fare la foto del piatto completo, ma mostro la misura del piatto dove era servito.
Perplessi chiediamo al personale se il piatto fosse sbagliato e invece ci rispondono che è giusto e che se non basta ne ordiniamo un altro.

Delicious cuisine and the freshest seafood being served out by talented chef Rosa Maria Balistreri paired perfectly with wines and service by co-host/husband/owner Sebastiano. Cozy interiors but if the weather is nice they have a great al fresco outdoor dining option. I had Siclian oysters for the first time in my life and they were crazy good. For my primi, I ordered one of their specialty dishes - the pasta with pistaccio, pachino tomatoes and gambero rosso. WOW. Along with a great bottle of some local red wine (Frappato) plus the overall help, service and warmth of the owners - I had a fantastic evening and dinner at Scaru Porticello. Highly recommend going here!

01/05/2024: Cena in famiglia. Locale che già conoscevo, ma è stata una piacevole riscoperta. Cambiato nel look positivamente, cucina sempre al top ed al passo con i tempi. Personale gentile e cordiale, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Servizio e cibo impeccabili. Caffè ed ammazza caffè gentilmente offerti. Torneremo più spesso

17/05/2024: Ci siamo recati da Busnaghi un venerdì sera per una cena informale tra amici: non conoscevo il locale, che si presenta piccolino, sulla strada, ma davvero ben strutturato. Siamo stati serviti praticamente subito: abbiamo ordinato dei panini e, come antipasto, abbiamo potuto gustare delle arancine davvero buonissime! Personalmente ho preso un panino con il salmone con un chinotto, mentre i miei commensali hanno preso altri panini sul menu, che si presenta ricco e variegato. Abbiamo anche ordinato birre e limoncelli. Tutto spettacolare.
Il personale è simpatico, educato, ma soprattutto sempre sorridente, e mi ha davvero fatto sentire accolto e ben voluto: il posto ideale per ritrovarsi con gli amici per una cena o per trascorrere del buon tempo insieme!

17/09/2023: The place really nice. Clean room, quiet environment, helpful and courteous staff. The food good. The sandwich was quite good, the mega bruschetta good but....a little too low in seasoning, nothing serious obviously, I'm sure they will increase the amount of tomato on the bruschetta. Recommended place. I forgot, the view from the room is beautiful.
16/09/2023: Panineria direttamente sul mare nella zona pedonale del borgo di Sant'Elia.
Personale alla mano e gentile .
Menù forse un po' ristretto ma comunque Panini buoni ed economici.
