26/05/2024: Very nice place, with a truly welcoming entrance typical of the Salento context, as are the interiors. Really good pizza by the metre, crunchy and tasty. The leavening is good, the tomato on top is slightly salted. Excellent service, all the staff very friendly and very affable like the owner Ciro. Advised.

24/10/2023: Intimate and welcoming place, the staff very kind and polite. Excellent food, from the artisanal fried food to the perfectly cooked meat (Claudio is friendly and affable and always goes around the tables to make sure everything is to your liking). The treatment is always familiar, it is a place that reminds you of home. Highly recommended, keep it up!

17/03/2024: I haven't been to this Pizzeria for years, and unfortunately I won't be going back again, I'll explain the reason, as there are 5 people we order 2 fried foods and the waitress brings us 4 sachets of sauces, despite this I kindly said that they were few, we could have brought more , she was shocked and said okay, moral of the story either there are 15 people at the table or 10, always 4 sauces counted...... never seen a situation like this in my entire life.
But the detail that didn't escape me since you obviously make people run away is that the famous little waitress who doesn't know how to behave appropriately (perpetually with her eyes on you) was always mumbling at a distance and what's more they looked at her badly, with a blonde lady (I think she owns the place).
So gentlemen, if you really have to speak badly or otherwise, hide that people are not stupid...!!!
It's a shame because the pizza is good, thin and digestible.

05/05/2024: A "surprising" surprise. If you could give 10 stars, I would give them without hesitation. The location is beautiful, it feels like being in an ancient tavern from the late 19th century.
Warm and welcoming but above all quiet and relaxing environment. Finely furnished, down to the smallest details. Trained and very friendly staff. But the highlight is the food. Starting from fried foods, to pizzas with delicious dough and fresh ingredients. The homemade desserts, a delight. Even the coffee is excellent. Listening to music in the background.
Average prices.
What can I say, a fascinating and satisfying experience that we will repeat as soon as possible.
In my personal opinion, the best place in Campi Salentina, without ifs or buts.
I recommend to all those who follow my reviews, a dinner alone or in company.

14/04/2024: We had lunch today. Feeling at ease in a place is good for the body and mind. Top quality food, generous portions, everything genuine and excellent from the starter to the coffee. Compliments to the chef.
If you want to eat with gusto you are in the right place. Few frills, all substance.
We will return.

11/11/2023: I book online, I receive the booking confirmation with the established day and time and so far so good, I'm calm and I stop looking for other places to dine. Too bad that the next day I received a message from I don't know who telling me that everything was full... I called to find out who the aforementioned message was coming from and I discovered that it was from Baccanera and I was told that in reality the reservation online is not to be taken into account. So now we are without a table and without the possibility of finding tables elsewhere. Bad bad bad.

21/07/2023: Se tu che leggi sei abituato alla cortesia, all'efficienza, al buon senso e all'educazione, non è il locale per te ..... I CAMERIERI giovani e alle prime esperienze, COMANDANO IL LOCALE ... e poi, alla fine, non sanno fare neppure il lavoro più semplice del mondo .... Ti dicono tranquillamente "aspetta" e non ti permettono neppure di parlare .... Per una colazione al tavolo devi aspettare almeno 30 minuti a prescindere da quante persone ci sono nel locale. Arriva l'ordinazione al tavolo ed è quasi sempre sbagliata .... I prezzi sono quelli di un locale in pieno centro di una grande città anche se si trova in periferia di un piccolo paese. Il locale sarebbe molto meglio con un' altra gestione, perché i prodotti grazie ai pasticcieri sono buoni, ma il contorno è così negativo che essi perdono gusto. In questo locale può essere frequentato occasionalmente e da persone che non lavorano e che possono permettersi di perdere molto tempo.
