12/05/2024: Per il compleanno di mia figlia abbiamo pensato bene di pranzare in questa struttura dove, (non avevamo il minimo dubbio non essendo la prima volta) tutto è curato nei minimi particolari: la location, le proposte ed il servizio impeccabile. I titolari e tutto il personale sempre gentilissimi e preparati nel consigliare e spiegare nei dettagli quanto veniva servito. Piatti elaborati che esaltano le materie prime. A mio parere il risotto, nella sua "apparente" semplicità, sublime....un sapore ""slurp"" I saltimbocca di spigola....delicatissimi. Sicuramente da consigliare a chi soggiorna, anche per poco, nella nostra splendida città dove il centro storico e la meravigliosa Cattedrale bastano per giustificare la vacanza.

06/05/2024: Posto magnifico che si affaccia sul castello di Trani, abbiamo scelto il percorso quintessenziale e devo dire che esalta la ricerca e l’innovazione del gusto nei piatti… ambiente molto raffinato e personale simpatico e preparatissimo … abbiamo apprezzato che lo chef ci sia venuto a salutare prima di andare via … ci vedremo presto

31/03/2024: Very suggestive location. Good but not great food. I think a place that offers 100 euro tastings should definitely offer better service. I didn't experience high-level table service, although they were still very kind. The clean dishes arrived still wet and slightly dull due to wear and tear. In general I perceived the place as a little too chaotic and with little attention to detail and cleanliness.

07/05/2024: A few meters from the enchanting port of Trani, a quiet, very welcoming place, in its timeless uniqueness. Good assortment of wines, local and otherwise, excellent beers and a particular variety of home-made liqueurs, such as the excellent limoncello. Simple and genuine first courses, with a lovely homemade flavour, always freshly prepared. The friendly personality and hospitality of the owner are essential, available to best satisfy the needs of every customer.

05/04/2024: We were there on Easter Monday, obviously we had to wait a bit because the place had few outdoor seats (they told me that in summer they obviously equip themselves differently), we were welcomed with courtesy and kindness and we ate really well. I recommend it to everybody

24/03/2024: I ate dishes from appetizers to desserts that I had never tasted, original and imaginative of excellent quality, a fixed menu lunch chosen by the scheff that I highly recommend, you come out full and not weighed down, both in your belly and in your pocket.

21/05/2024: Was searching for fish restaurant around me from Corato and this guys popped out in Trani for being the best on Crudo Di Mare and much more, so I thought let’s give it a go. I’m so glad i then decided to visit them this evening. Arrived there early for Italian probably, they have just open at 19:30 and I find a good welcome and service from Emanuele who was nice/welcoming and prepared on explaining the all menu and wine choices. I went for my selection of Crudo Di Mare 🦪but they had much more, and it was delicious/fresh/sea tasting. Lovely and succulent pasta 🦐. For then finish with a unique dessert 🥮. What to say definitely worth it the trip and will definitely go back when back in Puglia. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the team🌈🦐🦪🇮🇹.

16/05/2024: We had a wonderful time at osteria Mania. The best lunch so far during our rond trip in Italy. Best fresh raw fish as a starter an ongoing wonderful pasta. Very nice Puglia Chardonay to acompany our meal The Tiramisu della casa makes is complete

31/03/2024: I was born and lived in Trani for 30 years and I have never eaten better in my life. Each dish, from the traditional orecchiette to the horse brasciole ragù (it's not a mistake, that's what they say) to the revisitations, is a masterpiece born of passion for the good and the beautiful. Highly recommended. And if you read otherwise, don't believe him.

31/03/2024: Very friendly service with lovely home cooking. We also enjoyed the free taster dishes of some of their specialities. Although we were only in Trani for 3 nights, we couldn't resist going back for a 2nd time on our last night and received an even warmer welcome. The building was also fascinating. It was undeservedly quiet on both visits so don't be put off by this.

24/03/2024: Very friendly and welcoming owners! Amazing food on a hand written menu available in italian, english and german. "eggplant cake" was like a special lasagna and everything else tasted formidable as well. Ambiente is special and maybe not to everyones liking but definitively worth a visit!
