18/02/2024: All good and above all EXTREMELY fresh, so much so that one of the raw seafood items was still moving... Friendly and very friendly staff, the place could do with a few improvements and waiting times/coordination could be improved. PS: - the amberjack was overcooked, for the quality of the fish they offer it's a shame to get the cooking wrong - the pasta and potatoes were not cooked evenly, some pasta shapes were decidedly undercooked. If you want to eat good fish and be sure that it won't create problems for you after an hour, you're in the right place :)

02/04/2024: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria located on the state road that leads to Venafro on the Vairano border. Excellent management and good quality/price ratio with well-made food. Equipped with sufficient parking and well-divided internal spaces. The cultivated green space behind it is also beautiful and gives the impression of a farmhouse.

24/05/2024: Nice and modern location, especially for the place where it is located. Pizzeria sponsored on social media and also in some newspapers, but I didn't like it (confirming that what is sponsored on social media, especially for a fee, is not always worth it). Mediocre baked pizza and the baked one absolutely overrated. We took a ragù nel ruoto which had nothing of ragù, raw sauce put on top and soft pizza even at the base. The baked pizzas are nothing special. Poor service, we literally received the fried food and pizzas together, the waiter placed the fried food on the table in one hand and one of the pizzas in the other, I've never seen anything like it. Good omelettes, unfortunately eaten quickly so as not to let the pizzas get cold. If you are in the area, perhaps it could be a sensible choice given that there is nothing in the nearby villages, or perhaps there are pizzerias with old furnishings that are less conspicuous but perhaps the food is much better... who knows.

24/05/2024: I'm sorry to have to give a negative review but this is a very overrated pizzeria. The staff is friendly but very confused and disorganized. The pizzas are mediocre and I don't understand how there can be so many positive reviews. The only possible explanation, since we are in a small village in the upper Caserta area, is that the excellence of Neapolitan pizza is not well known in the area and a product that is not is considered very good. However, he should be rewarded for his courage in opening a gourmet pizzeria in the middle of nowhere

30/03/2024: Locale molto accogliente e curato nei particolari per richiamare il classico genere di locanda. Personale accogliente, sorridente, veloce e sempre disponibile. Menu molto vario con piatti ricercati a base di baccalà dall antimalariche al dolce cioccolatino con cuore di baccalà. In meno non mancano alternative ottime al baccalà. Da segnalare e consigliare assolutamente gli spaghetti con baccalà e pistacchio. Una vera rivelazione di gusto. Nel complesso davvero ottimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente e non mancherà occasione di promuoverlo tra amici come tappa quando si è a Caserta. Complimenti.

26/12/2023: Historic pizzeria, which has always been a reference for American pizza, the best in the area. Pleasant, friendly, welcoming environment. The pizza is excellent, they are also careful about waste, they take away the unfinished one, and it is also delicious the next day, and that says it all. Highly recommended.
