09/06/2025: There is nothing to say about this place, it goes beyond.
The customer is carried in the palm of a hand by all the staff, as well as welcomed and guided with delicacy and professionalism.
A fine menu, quality/price ratio above all expectations and an elegant location that does not make you feel uncomfortable.
In the Michelin guide for several years, but it has nothing less than many starred.
05/06/2025: We had dinner for four and the general opinion was very positive, the tasting menu is varied and allows you to taste various excellent fish dishes. The owner and the staff are very kind and friendly.

22/06/2025: We found out about this hotel through a smartbox package, kindness and helpfulness of the owner and staff, comfortable and clean room, excellent and well-prepared food. Recommended for moments of relaxation and excellent for excursions between Vercelli and Biella
20/06/2025: Quick lunch: excellent dish of stewed snails and grilled fillet steak.
Complete menu with other interesting dishes. Kindness and good level of service

Today we went back and took the menu of the day for 25 euros: loin appetizer, borage ravioli with butter and sage and veal sirloin with chips. All excellent. Recommended
