14/05/2024: Best restaurant in Baveno. Very friendly welcome, cozy atmosphere. Food excellent. Greetings from the kitchen very tasty, good bread mix. At the end there was a bargain served in a small swing-top bottle. Very stylish.

11/05/2024: Top service and lovely staff. No problem of understanding because they speak Italian, German, French, English. The meal was delicious ! Reservation recommended as very little space.

The quality of the spaces is truly surprising and there is also a magnificent view of the lake and the islands. The amount of parking in the area is a small flaw. 27/05/2024: We found the restaurant on Google. Due to the positive number of reviews, we decided to give it a try. Pleasant surprise! Good food, excellent service and spectacular setting, facing the lake. The furniture is also very beautiful. Spaghetti with seafood with fresh products, to be repeated. The dishes are (very) abundant.

I can't say that the pizza is not good, good dough, good ingredients, but on the capricciosa very little mozzarella, which according to my taste, did not allow the pizza to be well blended as a whole. 23/10/2023: Amélie Ristorante was the standout dining experience of our 3 weeks in Europe. We stumbled upon Amelie while searching for gluten free options in the area. We are so very happy that we decided (with our group of 10) to have dinner at the restaurant. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we were treated like family. The menu offered something for everyone, even the most discerning “foodie”. The presentation of every plate in every course could be described as works of art. For those with food issues (2 in our party are celiac), Amelie was a welcome treat with offerings of fantastic food expertly prepared and presented. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return. Amazing!
