We ate a great starter but we also recommend the bagna cauda, ​​a typical Piedmontese dish, this time very delicate with very little garlic. The first courses were a little less exciting but with a rich choice of desserts and good wine.

26/05/2024: Typical Piedmontese trattoria. It has two rooms, one larger and the other smaller. Bagna cauda specialty accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables. There is both an à la carte menu and a fixed price evening menu. Bagna cauda is included, followed by various appetizers, such as tomini al verde, veal with tuna sauce, various cold cuts, eggs in pink sauce, various salads, etc. depending on the period. Then there are two first courses, for example plin in roast sauce and gnocchi with four cheeses, a second course of your choice, such as raw meat beaten with a knife, soused meat, roast, etc. and if at the end you still have space available you can order dessert, but despite having come several times I have never managed to order it. Amaro or limoncello is a must or, if you prefer, the alternative is an excellent homemade liquorice liqueur. The staff is friendly. Furthermore, the works displayed inside the venue are a delight for the eyes. Recommended even if it once deserved at least one more star.
