Tutti gli invitati si sono complimentati con noi per la scelta del ristorante e sono rimasti più che soddisfatti. Proprietari e personale gentilissimi, sembra di stare in famiglia, ti fanno sentire perfettamente a tuo agio. Grazie ancora per la bellissima giornata e per il pranzo eccezionale.

06/04/2024: We went to this restaurant with the intention of getting burritos to go or eating while walking. Although there were many occupied tables and takeaway is not the main target of this restaurant, we were welcomed very kindly and were even offered a small aperitif while waiting. The burritos were excellent and plentiful, in line with the price. I will definitely come back, next time to sit at the table and experience some Mexican atmosphere (maybe with some music, because we were told that sometimes there is live music).

24/03/2024: We went for lunch today, the service was a little slow, especially for the initial part of coming to ask what we wanted to eat. Really good food. Dirty place, the floor at 12 (opening time) was completely full of crumbs, this made me think that cleanliness in general was a little lacking.

01/04/2024: Had dinner in this place on a Saturday evening, with a reservation of 4 tables. The owner was very kind, reserving a room just for us and making sure we had the tables ready for our arrival. The food was good and the atmosphere was simple and hospitable.

19/05/2024: I would like to write a review that can talk about the food, the environment and also the service, unfortunately I can't do it, because at the entrance the maître d' room put us in such conditions that we weren't even able to take a seat inside the restaurant, after adequate confirmation of the reservation from the restaurant itself. The table was secured via the specific local application, with the relevant validation received via e-mail. Once we arrived on site, the maître d' checked the reservations and (coincidentally) ours did not appear; the proposed solution was to sit inside the restaurant and have dinner in just 50 minutes. Which we highly refused, as we were coming from a long day at the fair. Perhaps we didn't inspire the maître's trust, as we showed up with non-formal clothing and tired faces. However, this does not justify the behavior of this person towards us, giving us one of the most used excuses in the world of catering, to make customers desist from taking a seat inside the restaurant. What I can be sure of is that the Ritual of Parma has lost 5 customers and related acquaintances. Maybe it won't be a great loss for the place, but I hope that these words can open the eyes of others too, as well as making them understand that this is also discrimination. I'm sorry that in 2024 we still find ourselves ghettoizing people for how they are dressed, and how they present themselves, without going further. I hope that this experience can make the maître d' understand that the dress does not make the man.

18/05/2024: We got two plates to share: Empanadas and Burritomania. Everything was delicious and arrived on time😍

05/04/2024: Dinner with colleagues. The environment was a little too dark and noisy, but definitely suggestive of Mexican tradition. Good food and orders as well as fast and friendly service. I personally didn't like the dish very much, but I made a mistake in ordering because I knew I wouldn't like the avocado. My colleagues were very satisfied. So anyway, positive review. PS: room with toilets equipped for families with children.

05/04/2024: There were 6 of us, one evening during the week. The place was completely full, but despite this the staff was friendly and the kitchen was quick to serve. We had a starter to share and a main course each, all very good. Obviously the sangria couldn't be missing, equally good :) definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Verona, recommended!
