02/11/2025: Service! Service was invented here! The room perfectly matches the location—not overly luxurious, but everything is there and impeccably maintained. The location? The location is truly breathtaking. For lovers of fine wines, refined breakfasts, culinary dinners, and a pool with a view: this is a place to return to. I can't wait to go back. "Two photos don't say enough... it's even more beautiful in person. Judge for yourself!"

30/10/2025: Staff: Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room: Spacious, comfortable, nice amenities. There was a bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Restaurant: Breakfast was great, lots of choice and it's all high quality. The wasps swarming the breakfast area was the only negative but that can't really be helped. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, just to try it out. I had the worst steak I've ever had here, truly terrible. Prices are insanely high too Bar: We avoided the bar entirely due to the ridiculous prices. We went to the wine tasting one evening because we thought it would be something special to do in the hotel, it cost €50 per person which is crazy given the cost in other local wineries. Location: you will need a car to get everywhere, it's very remote. All in all, I was happy enough with the hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast. I wouldn't return because it's very limiting being so remote, especially when the hotel is charging 3-4x the prices of anywhere else for food/drinks.

18/10/2025: Excellent food with top-quality products, impeccable service and hospitality, all in no way inferior to a Michelin-starred restaurant.... The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. I highly recommend it.

02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the various reviews. An excellent discovery of Sicilian cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the kindness of the server, to the contact of the CHEF with whom we spoke, and of course his innovative cuisine. Excellent dishes, interspersed with petits fours. We would like to return, but we are just passing through... Thank you very much.

08/10/2025: The trattoria is family-run. The father and son are very friendly and helpful; they explained the entire menu to us. We begin with a welcome from the kitchen. The food is truly delicious and freshly prepared. The cheesecake is highly recommended.

29/10/2025: Late lunchtime = Italian lunchtime! We hadn't made a reservation, but we still got a wonderful table in the second row with a view of the sea and the Chiesa della SS Trinità – where director Francis Ford Coppola filmed scenes from "The Godfather." The staff is incredibly friendly. You simply feel welcome! The food was divine (Antipasto di Mare Freddo Anni 60 and Bruschette della Nostra Terra) and my personal culinary highlight of our tour through Sicily. Gracie!

The food is exceptional, from perfectly cooked pasta to an outstanding carbonara, every dish is full of authentic flavor and care. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, offering a panoramic look over the coastline that makes every meal feel special. The service is warm, genuinely friendly, and never intrusive. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of both food and atmosphere. Highly recommended, a perfect spot to experience the taste and spirit of Sicily.
