19/02/2024: Just yesterday I was in this restaurant. Family run business. Fast service even though the place was full. Rustic, familiar, welcoming and comfortable environment. It felt like I was in a house instead of a club. The place consists of three rooms (not very large: but better this way). The room with the fireplace is a real gem, intimate, suitable for both couples and those who love the magic of a lit fire. Possibility to eat outside in warmer periods. The owners are nice, friendly and approachable. They know their stuff and know the job well. Never intrusive but always ready to satisfy customer requests if necessary.

28/03/2024: The first time we went out to the restaurant was necessarily slightly anxious. But after a few minutes the pleasure of sitting at a friendly table took over. What can I say, kindness, organization, environment and genuine and refined food did the rest Ricotta ravioli with very delicate butter and sage preceded by mixed appetizers of refined and delicious cheeses and cured meats to finish with balanced and rare homemade desserts, not sweetish. The chosen wine with the help of Raniero's wisdom it turned out to be perfect. See you soon.

19/03/2024: Once we managed to enter after 20 minutes of waiting due to a blocked door. We took pizzas with dough we had never eaten before. They looked like giant crackers. In my opinion, they cannot be considered pizza. not exactly welcoming but polite service.

10/03/2024: I find the place welcoming and calm, the service is slow but the staff is friendly and kind. As for the food, it is good and of good quality. I gave it 4 stars although I would have liked to be able to give it 3.5 for the service which really makes you want to not to eat due to the slowness, I hope these criticisms will be taken into consideration, also because it is a restaurant to be envied. 02/03/2024: Small restaurant in Poggio Mirteto was a pleasant surprise, excellent food and pleasant and professional owner, very good fish menu, I highly recommend a visit. Returned today for lunch with my son and his girlfriend, we ate a fish-based menu which fully met our expectations. Heartfelt compliments to the chef and the owner who is always attentive to customer needs. Well done, I will be happy to praise your place.

06/05/2024: Before, I often went to eat at the pergola, then I returned on Saturday 27 April for lunch and saw that unfortunately we no longer eat as we used to. Besides the fact that they tried to cheat me on the meat brought to the table!! I ordered an Angus T-bone for my son and the waiter told me it had to be at least 500g. the t-bone, gymnastic that was fine and I wanted it rare. He brings me a medium rare rib eye and so I send it back asking for explanations, he comes back with a Chianina T-Bone telling me that the minimum weight was 1kg. So I point out to him that it wasn't black angus but Chianina and ask him to bring me the angus. In the end he brought me the same rib as before only more cooked and then I understood that they are not serious and it was useless to continue asking. I left the meat on the plate, waited for my other guests to finish eating and asked for the bill. Surprise surprise they put the steak on my bill and without even adding the weight they made me pay 82 euros for a meat that I hadn't asked for and that we didn't even eat because it was overcooked!! Truly a total disappointment

11/03/2024: Abbiamo contattato questo ristorante per il pranzo della domenica il giorno prima, facendo presente che nel nostro gruppo due persone seguono un’alimentazione vegana e chiedendo se fossero in grado di rispondere a questa esigenza, la risposta è stata sì. Quando siamo arrivati l’abbiamo nuovamente fatto presente comunicandolo al cameriere che è caduto dalle nuvole e ci ha risposto che lo avrebbe fatto presente allo chef. Per farla breve, non erano assolutamente organizzati per ospitarci, io ho potuto prendere solo due antipasti, bruschetta al tartufo, pappa al pomodoro e un contorno di verdura in quanto oltre ad una purea di patate che non avevo voglia di mangiare non avevano altro, mancavano anche diverse cose dal menu. Non ho potuto mangiare il primo né il dolce ed un secondo vegano ovviamente non era proprio contemplato. Ho tentato di chiedere delle modifiche ai primi ma nessuna delle mie richieste poteva essere accontentata. E dire che piatti vegani esistono anche nella cucina tradizionale, non c'è stata proprio considerazione. Naturalmente oltre che deludente è stato imbarazzante e difficoltoso. La mia domanda è, perché dire di sì a dei clienti con questo tipo di esigenza per poi trattarli in questo modo?

30/04/2024: How nice to discover a new place by chance! We stopped for lunch after a trip to the area and were greeted by the perfect host. We ate some delicious bruschetta and two top first courses but what won us over was something off the menu: the queue! It melted in your mouth and the tomato was calling out for the shoe! The strudel and wine are also delicious! Excellent value for money, a welcoming and very clean environment and also the girl in the room very kind and attentive! We will be back because it really deserves it!!!

26/05/2024: NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED! terrible restaurant overall!!! interminable waiting times… rude and grumpy staff…. Terrible food quality! Appetizer served without plates to diners…. You basically have to eat with your hands and on a napkin... the ugliest pizzas in history as ugly to look at as they are to eat and the meat?! Beautiful while in the fridge but completely ruined by cooking and served cold…. It seemed like an episode of amateurs in disarray... and to close the circle a wrong account... let's say that the catering field is not for them

29/05/2024: Excellent Roman restaurant in the center of Peschiera. I booked on the phone and immediately found availability. The place is truly elegant and refined. We ate first courses and dessert... all delicious. The price in line with the offer and the venue.

27/05/2024: Nice and clean place, friendly staff, good food, reasonable price. The only flaw is the service is a little slow but it's worth waiting a few more minutes
