18/05/2025: The longest ice cream in history: line at the door you don't understand that you have to do the receipt first so you go to the cashier you do the receipt for 4 cones you go back you get back in line and if you have 15 people in front of you 45 minutes of queue is not enough. The two girls working at the ice cream counter are disarmingly slow. I repeat 4 cones so I expect that once it's my turn they will do all the cones so that the customer can finally get out of that infernal circle that turned out to be the snack, but no the first cone is done and the other girl calls the couple behind us, who also gets served before us and the two are called after that. The chocolate may be good but I would have someone else do the fruit-based flavours, the mango is nothing exceptional👌 ps. the small cone is not for "children" if I want a small cone I shouldn't be forced to get a medium one for €4.40

09/05/2025: Sono passato in negozio qua a Locate. Sono stato accolto da un ragazzo di nome Mattia. Che dire… è stato davvero super gentile, educatissimo e con un modo di fare che ti mette subito a tuo agio. È raro trovare persone così, che ti accolgono col sorriso e ti aiutano con pazienza e professionalità. Mi ha saputo consigliare benissimo, senza mai essere invadente, anzi: si vede che ci tiene davvero a fare bene il suo lavoro. È uno di quei dipendenti che fanno la differenza, e che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare solo per come ti hanno trattato. Complimenti sinceri a Mattia: bravo, disponibile, attento… davvero il top. Se passate da lì e lo trovate, siete in ottime mani!

02/06/2025: If I could give -100 to this place I would June 2, 2025 at 12:20 Crazy mess because the staff decided to block the vending machines, and then restart them, I place the order for the offer of the day 2HM + 9nuggets by scanning the QR code that is accepted by the machine normally, they extend my order and instead of 2 happymeal there is only one, I ask for an explanation and they tell me that I only ordered one, I turn around and put the tray on my children's table and go back to the cashier to ask for clarification with the app in my hand with the QR CODE ACTIVATED AND USED, this guy, who apparently is one of the managers, immediately saw me and said out loud "again?! What is it that you don't understand madam, you ordered 1 Hm and that's it, what is there to understand?" To which I replied "if he comes to me I'll show him and explain it to him" "if he noticed it's not just you" I was there waiting without particularly asking for priority He came and looked and told me that it's my fault that I ordered without scanning the QR code, I said it's not true and I showed him the app and again he told me that in any case I had to check before paying because sometimes the machines don't work well, and he told me the fact is that you paid 1 Hm and that's it, there's nothing to understand... He turned around pissed off saying to another colleague "this one doesn't understand a damn thing" It was the short thin guy with curly hair in a blue shirt, I asked what his name was to make a formal complaint but they told me they can't give his personal details

02/06/2025: It is pointed out to the manager that there is probably a bug in the offers app and instead of trying to understand the problem, he responds rudely and arrogantly to customers.

06/01/2025: All you Can Eat pessimo. La formula tutto incluso “all you Can Eat” prevede solo 5 piatti a testa. (Un ossimoro) Si può ordinare solo da cellulare dove è impossibile capire gli ingredienti del piatto. Se si invia un ordine, bisogno aspettare almeno 10 minuti per quello successivo. I piatti sono dozzinali e quasi tutti necessitano di un sovrapprezzo rispetto il prezzo della formula “all you Can Eat” Piatti caldi serviti tiepidi, sashimi di gamberi servito ancora gelido invece. Nei 3 bagni i Ldespenser del sapone era vuoto.
