22/05/2024: Excellent tavern, or rather Hosteria, which serves excellent risottos. Really friendly and welcoming owner, excellent service and excellent food and wine. We chose to let the innkeeper choose the wine and we didn't regret it: excellent chardonnay from the Aosta Valley. I recommend the shank and pistun risotto, challenging but delicious. Perhaps a little more clarity in prices would be needed but still highly recommended.

13/05/2024: After some time I returned to one of my favorite trattorias. The environment, the service and the courtesy make the experience extremely positive, as well as of course the quality of the cuisine offered. Prices have gradually increased over the years (after all, what hasn't increased?). The only slightly less positive thing, compared to previous times, concerns the portions of the pasta dishes chosen (Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe), smaller compared to the past (comparing the photos taken with the previous ones in the archive.) Considering that Roman cuisine is typically for "Mangereccia" people, I think there could have been 20/30 grams more pasta per dish. At our table, including the women, we all had a second course of pasta. Desserts all very good. I will definitely be back.

18/02/2024: We go there to have lunch, but they just provide us an table very narrow, because it is full. Surprise is the food. They have really lot of options of pizza (more than 3 pages on the menu). I ordered one and its size is really big than our expectation. My GF asked a beef and both of them are good. The boss are very friendly and make joke with us, also talk something interesting. It is a good place.
