20/05/2024: I recommend it with all my heart!!! Dinner at this restaurant was an amazing adventure. A family trattoria where you will discover the taste of this part of Italy. But from the beginning ;) We came to the restaurant from the "street" without a reservation. A small, inconspicuous restaurant hidden in a dark alley. There's a sign on the restaurant door with the information that you won't find pizza or a typical Italian dish like Carbonara here and if that's what you expect, you'd better keep looking because this trattoria focuses on regional flavor ;) An interesting and decisive approach :D We were with two dogs that were treated well very friendly :) Food is poetry. We ordered risotto, ravioli and asparagus for starters, and duck, fish and rabbit for mains. For dessert, tiramisu, orange sorbet and tartlet. We also ordered a bottle of the local wine here. The wine service was professional and complete, for which I greatly appreciate it. At the very beginning, as a snack, we received bread baked by them with local olive oil sprinkled with sweet salt. Yes, with sweet salt :D then we received an appetizer from the chef - chips with ricotta cheese. Each of the dishes was amazing. Very nicely presented and you could feel the heart put into each dish. A very humble chef who cooks with heart and passion, not for publicity. Do not hesitate :) ;) Inside you can also buy regional oils, vinegars, wines and products.
