08/05/2024: The most fabulous afternoon…. Called in for 1 drink and stayed 9 hours!! The food and drink were 👌🏼 but the staff were exceptional 🥰 Fabulous place!!

30/05/2024: Un pranzetto domenicale davvero gustoso, ampia scelta di portate alcune tradizionali altre di selvaggina come cervo, cinghiale, lepre e asino. Il proprietario molto disponibile e accogliente con tutti, coppie famiglie e gruppi numerosi di turisti ma tutti soddisfatti. Da tornare per provare la pizza con impasto speciale!
03/05/2024: Nous sommes arrivées un vendredi soir pluvieux à 21h45.. nous avons été très gentiment été accueillies malgré l’heure tardive. Toute la carte est attrayante mais nous avons opté pour des pizzas: excellentes!!!!! Pâte fine, garniture généreuse. Un régal! L’accès est sinueux, mais le restaurant vaut le déplacement.

19/05/2024: I stopped by for dinner since there was a massive queue for the funicular and I was really tired and hungry. It was a great experience. Wonderful atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. I had a very nice meal and in the end the owner even gave me a bottle of water for the way back. Absolutely recommend.

21/03/2024: The best pasta and boar i have ever tasted here in italy, We ordered the wild boar fillet with sweetened wine and pizzoccheria pasta with potato and we enjoyed the taste so much in addition to the panoramic view and the atmosphere.

12/03/2024: Brilliant polenta, beautiful scenery and interior, great range of wines too, would recommend as a reward for climbing to the top of Brunate!

15/04/2024: We were in Brunate for a long weekend early April 2024 and ended up at Capolinea Bistrot three nights in a row! Perfect setting to have a few drinks, looking out over the sunset. It was lovely that they provided blankets for when it got chilly. We just had cocktails and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On a third eve we turned up a bit late, they were about to close - they gave us a drink nevertheless and didn’t even charge us. Lovely staff, very friendly - happy customers!
14/04/2024: Effettuato contatto whatsapp e prenotato per oggi, 14/4 ore 13.15 sono stati gentili a tenerci libero il tavolo sino alle 13.30, posto all'aperto con vista su lago e Svizzera. Servizio rapido, attento e professionale. Pane e bevande servite subito, in attesa dei primi ordinati. Piatti ottimi.
Carina l'idea di stampare il conto e evidenziare la quota a testa.
Da provare!
Ci torneremo.

Kaum 0,1 Weinglas für 13€ eher nicht gerechtfertigt, auch auf Nachfrage, ob das so sein soll, war die Rückmeldung, wir messen das nicht, eher unbefriedigend
31/03/2024: Repas un soir de Pâques parfait , toutes les tables étaient prises les serveuses ont cependant sue nous trouver une table en première loge près de la baie vitrée un grand merci !!!

25/05/2024: Unfortunately the food was nothing special, luckily the staff was friendly and the view was pleasant. Absolutely disproportionate price.
19/05/2024: Breathtaking views, mouthwatering meals, fresh house wine, kind staff and cosy atmosphere.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’d like to escape the business of city center.

25/03/2024: The pizza appeared to be a frozen pizza from a box, and it did not resemble the menu. The tira misu was meh, and noodles needed some artful skill. Very nice staff. Okay atmosphere. Prices were slightly high, mostly because they need to refine the kitchen. Classic tourist trap.
19/02/2024: We took a day trip to Brunate, we went into the cable car bar for an aperitif, after a while he made an unpleasant joke to us.... As if we were annoying.... We paid and left... .. Rude people and goats... If this is the way to treat tourists... Shame
