Paolo (the owner) and his very close-knit staff process the fresh products with care and passion and transform them into exceptional dishes. This evening I had dinner with friends, and the outcome was more than positive. Mixed starter, Fassona tartare with burrata and truffle, tagliolini with wild boar ragù, pansotti with castelmagno...... Difficult to choose between the desserts..., The selection of wines is vast and refined. When the weather permits, what could be better than enjoying these delicacies in the large outdoor area under the vine pergola, perhaps observing the breathtaking view of the Finale valley? Try it to believe it 😊

27/04/2024: After many years it is still the best in Finale Ligure, I had been in the old location, yet time passes, but it is confirmed as a guarantee. I ate some truly delicious dishes well made, impeccable and kind service. The dining room has a beautiful high ceiling, the atmosphere is refined and elegant, the service is very attentive and thoughtful. The dishes come out of the kitchen perfectly cooked and finding fault with them is practically impossible. Hazelnut digestive offered very welcome.

30/09/2023: Eine wunderschöne, versteckte „Oase“ mitten im schönsten Nirgendwo. Mit Leichtigkeit und Freude werden die Köstlichkeiten serviert. Raffiniert und doch feinste, einfache Regionalität! Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir diesen Ort gefunden haben!

16/09/2023: We cycled past here by chance and stopped in. Very tasty regional food and wine from the farm's own winery. The white Pogata is special. Reservations are recommended because you only cook as much as you eat.
