07/01/2024: A refined, intimate, young place, different from the usual. Very good food, portions not exaggerated but just right. Quality of materials, even in wines. Place with a limited number of seats but welcoming and furnished with particularity. Really nice background music. We'll be back!

01/01/2024: Delightful and welcoming place feels like going back in time. We tried a wide range of dishes on the shared menu and they were all excellent, including the recommended desserts, wines and bitters. A true attentive and honest hostess.

01/04/2024: Special thanks congratulations to host an owner Michael of the Taverna Dracula in Tivoli. Truthfully we found this restaurant by accident after touring the local Villa. What a wonderful surprise. For lunch my family and I expected to dine Italian style. Instead, we really enjoy many of the barbecued foods and Romanian specialties that Tavera Dracula offers. And the Host couldn't be nicer, friendlier, or more helpful with the menu. The ambience of the tavern is also excellent including Dracula's cave. Lunch was tasty and ample and quite affordable.

01/04/2024: I can give it five stars without hesitation, because the dishes we ordered are all delicious, the meat is very tasty and fragrant, the portions for two girls are just right, and the cocktails are also very good👍The key is that the boss is super enthusiastic and introduces us to his shop They also gave us a taste of the food and wine in the store. The people were very nice.

Plaques on the walls commemorate the royals who stopped here, continuing the tradition of the grand tour through the beauties of Italy. The owners take great care of cuisine and service, offering guests a very pleasant experience in all respects

21/05/2024: A truly characteristic restaurant due to its location. The courtesy of the owners and staff makes you appreciate everything even more. Friendly but not intrusive. We ate really well. Starter for two with quality cured meats and cheeses and everything else made by them. The two first courses were really delicious: gricia with artichokes and gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts. We finished everything with the cream and chocolate crumble. What to say. We will definitely be back.

16/05/2024: Every time I pass through the Tivoli/Castel Madama area on the motorway from Abruzzo at lunchtime I stop in this delicious restaurant. I recommend the Castel Madama motorway exit (you can easily get there in 5 minutes) and not Tivoli (over 20 minutes). Super friendly staff. Delicious and plentiful traditional dishes. We will see each other soon!

23/05/2024: I think it's one of the most welcoming places you can find in Tivoli. An accurate service thought out down to the smallest detail. Quality, choice and refined cuisine. Elegant and welcoming staff, with a lot of experience behind them. Every time we return to that sweet place from the outside as well as the inside, we feel at home, and in fact I would like to never leave. Congratulations to all the staff, really good! Sandrina and Andrea you are the best!

28/03/2024: We arrived on Saturday evening, two of us, we hadn't booked but the staff still found us a place despite the place being full. Very friendly staff and great pizza. Supplì made by them very good and the service was also ok, excellent place 😉

19/03/2024: We had dinner at this place on a Saturday evening and chose it because it was close to our hotel. It's a nice, well-kept place and the pizzas were very good. They also accepted our poodle. Advised.

06/04/2024: A very welcoming place with kind and smiling staff, very attentive to their customers. I had to send the cut of meat back because it was overcooked, they apologized and immediately replaced the meat. We had a very good time, thank you!

25/03/2024: Nice place but avoid the lasagna. Watery and without meat. When we complained the staff kindly exchanged for a pasta, but then charged us for the lasagna anyway. And then refused to take it off the bill. Other food was nice but portions small.

22/04/2024: The view is breathtaking... Too bad the plastic windows are often dirty and the music is always too loud for a pleasant chat. Average bar service. Edited after the owner's response: I have always only come for breakfast using the bar service. I never attended the evening you mention. The loud music I was referring to was Italian trap music, blasted in the club in the morning around 10.30. Unfortunately it happened more than once, as I came often. The place remains beautiful and the view is spectacular, I repeat, a more pleasant background would be enough to make breakfast more enjoyable.
