From the welcoming and atmospheric setting to the exceptional quality of the food, every aspect of our dinner exceeded expectations. We started our meal with gnocchi mixed with porcini mushrooms, which were simply excellent. The soft texture of the dumplings paired with the rich, earthy flavor of the porcini mushrooms created an irresistible dish that reflected the chef's skill in combining simple ingredients to create complex flavors. Next, we sampled the mutton-filled bombettes, a dish that further demonstrated the culinary mastery of the restaurant. 19/03/2024: Coming here was really exciting and do you know why? Because I have tasted some truly unique dishes and when I say so it is because the combinations are truly stunning, as is their presentation!!!! You can see that there is a lot of work behind it and it takes great skill to make them. The service is impeccable and the owner of the place is a truly professional person who knows how to satisfy the customer's requests, my husband and I had a great time with his advice. The restaurant is well looked after and very intimate and at lunch the view of the abbey fortress is priceless. Highly recommended!!!!

Guancia di maiale che si scioglie al palato, accoglienza familiare che mai non guasta e, dulcis in fundo, bombardino gustato col mitico Maurizio! Ci sono posti, fuori casa, in cui resti a casa come per magia 😎

26/02/2024: Si r' perfetto x eventi informali ma anche ricercati il proprietario e" sommelier. Noi siamo stati molto bene .lo abbiamo scelto x una rimpatriata dalla scuola. Antipastone primi succulenti agnolotti e gnoccacchi da urlo ..stinco spalla di maialino galletto brasato di cervo..mah tutti insieme ma quanti ancora ne hanno!! Vino ..lago di corbara rosso..e amari e rum e whisky alla fine ..non si puo' immaginare..dintrovarli lassu' !!!! ..ECCELLENTE!!

We were in this restaurant for lunch today (weekday) and we ate divinely, the dishes have authentic flavors and you can feel the careful selection of the raw materials and preparation, the service is impeccable, the waiters are kind and welcoming and the price for what is consumed really excellent.

06/04/2024: The venue is intimate, elegant, with beautiful acoustics and the right lighting. The dishes proposed for the Easter Monday menu included meat sushi and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, all to perfection. The staff are trained, friendly and professional. The wine proposals are also interesting. The bill is perfectly consistent. Highly recommended.

26/04/2024: We had lunch yesterday in the Belvedere restaurant, a family of 4, who arrived at 2pm after having had availability and managed to leave at 4.30pm after spending 35 euros per person. The starter (one) arrived after about an hour and where there was nothing cooked, the 4 first courses arrived at 3.30 pm, good hare pappardelle, I would have something to laugh about the ravioli, considering the 4 ravioli in number at a cost of €14.00 (3.50 euros per ravioli). We had to order because everything was finished, a badly cooked and stringy steak and a portion of kebabs, which in this case were very good. Really mediocre beans all'uccelletta and some baked potatoes that arrived at 4.15pm (2 hours and a quarter to prepare them) which were inedible, unseasoned and badly cooked, they looked more like boiled potatoes than baked potatoes. The unforgivable thing, however, remains the wait, 2 and a half hours at the table to eat what I have described is not acceptable, terrible service and not recommended.

26/05/2024: Trovandomi a Subiaco con mia moglie, decidiamo di mangiare in questo ristorante,e devo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Menù con pochi piatti ma giusti, quelli presi tutti buoni,sale ampie,bagno pulito,staff gentile e prezzo onesto. Tornerò sicuramente se mi trovo in zona. Lo consiglio 👍

Ho dormito in un palazzo che mi ha fatto fare un viaggio nel tempo ma allo stesso tempo pulito e silenzioso. Le persone che ci lavorano sono disponibili e cordiali. Ci torniamo

01/05/2024: I went to this restaurant as a couple for a dinner and I must say that we really had a great time, the place is private and very welcoming, the staff is very attentive and available to all the customer's needs. One of the main strengths of the restaurant is the originality of the dishes given that the menu is refined and has a wide choice, for every need. In our case we took an appetizer (three bruschettieri) and two first courses that we particularly liked, which are the Cappellacci, a type of stuffed pasta obviously handmade by the chef which are offered differently based on the season, and the pappaciucchi . I highly recommend it and will undoubtedly return

29/04/2024: For being a restaurant in a small town outside Rome and being a guest I didn't object....we went to eat yesterday for lunch, the guys were all courteous and helpful but the quality of the food also appreciated the fact of wanting to bring a touch of originality the dishes didn't give the desired result, the ingredients didn't match at all..and the prices were high....truly and the portions were small....we fought over the starter for 4.....
