26/05/2024: My review is not needed, because this place is suggested by Gambero Rosso as one of those restaurants that show you that Japanese cuisine is not just raw fish. The only thing I didn't like was the staff's poor ability to communicate in Italian, because I would have wanted explanations about what I was ordering. I'll be back.

25/05/2024: You cannot imagine the pleasure of entering this restaurant and finding one of the most professional and welcoming couples of Japanese cuisine here in Milan as managers. Delicious food. What we paid, really good for what we ate. A slightly more characterful environment would be the icing on the cake.

06/04/2024: These guys are professionals. Very high quality of raw materials, order, cleanliness and extreme courtesy towards customers. We can no longer avoid enjoying their beef poke. The portions are generous, the meat is left pure and accompanied by a spectacular basil sauce. The marinade of the accompanying vegetables is also remarkable, with a shout out to the carrots, whose taste is addictive. Thank you!

12/05/2024: This is where I happened to go for a walk. But it was more delicious than expected. In particular, the fried rice was a little salty, but it was really delicious!! If you like spicy ramen, ask for chili sauce. Additionally, the price is good too.

29/03/2024: I tried the OMAKASE experience with my wife, we were thrilled! Elegant and reserved environment but not rigid like in other luxury restaurants, the chefs' creations enraptured us from start to finish, with particular mention of their delicious Otoro, never eaten anything like it elsewhere. Being at the chef's counter allows you not only to observe their almost hypnotic movements but also to get to know them and the owner. It's just a shame that I wasn't able to meet Master Ichikawa (absent last night). The cost of the experience is not insignificant (€150 excluding drinks per person), but it is fully justified by the excellent quality of the raw materials and preparation. We will definitely return to meet the Maestro

29/03/2024: The choice of veg dishes is incredibly limited, I tried 3 of them and except for the aubergines (really excellent) everything was particularly bland. I had been there many years ago when I still ate fish and even then I didn't remember it being extraordinary, but now I no longer have any valid reason to go back. Even the atmosphere is very tepid and without much personality, the only positive note is undoubtedly the kindness of the waitress (perhaps the owner?). In any case I would NEVER recommend it to any vegetarian.

08/01/2024: Absolutely amazing experience. Everything is spot on. The seating area right by the entrance is quite interesting (you sit in the floor) so definitely call beforehand to make sure you get seated there (it’s only like 2-3 tables). It‘s just a very authentic Japanese experience. Loved it!

17/04/2024: Wonderful place, Excellent food of the highest quality. The only flaw is the staff and the service. It comes off as awful and unpleasant, but we sympathize with some "famous" people who came to eat on the evenings we had dinner.

05/04/2024: Mediocre sushi bar, in fact we weren't there. We couldn't stay inside the place so we sat outside. We ordered the nanbazuke which arrived at our table freezing cold, to the point that for being fried it is inconceivable even though the marinade is freezing, the pork gyoza which I am fond of were badly grilled with a non-compact spicy filling which covered the flavour, the tempura of prawns well I don't know what they were but in my opinion they didn't taste like prawns while the vegetables could be perceived. I hate to say it but it wasn't a great experience
