24/05/2024: I honestly don't understand. The fish is of good quality, not excellent perhaps but still good. The atmosphere would also be interesting but in my experience I have a lot to say about it. Let's start with the table, perhaps a little small given that the waiter never knew how to place the dishes he brought. Then the wait, an almost empty place serving sushi... definitely too slow, especially for a chocolate sufflet we waited half an hour I think. Live music: beautiful. The idea of ​​a saxophonist, it's a shame that it was almost impossible to hear due to how high the musical bases he put were. Finally the bill: salty. First of all, at the checkout there were 3 bottles of water counted (for two people?!) which (only) after noticing it were corrected... and that's fine. Then the POS runs out... it happens. finally the English tourist who was in a hurry and without even asking us, neither he nor the owners bypassed the queue because he had the taxi outside waiting for him. At the end of all this I don't know: at least offering a digestive to while away the wait for the POS to load or perhaps deducting the 6 euro cover charge might have been appreciated? Obviously it didn't happen. What can I say: high-quality sushi (fushion and otherwise) at almost half the price you pay, you can certainly find some around, initially looking at the menu I also wanted to go back to taste the other dishes... but it definitely left a bad taste in me in the mouth.

06/03/2024: I went in specifically for the vegan sushi created in collaboration with Joysonfire and I was not disappointed. I also had two non-vegans participate in the tasting and they were pleasantly surprised. The Crispy Rice is super recommended, but the other rolls are also worth it. Proposal for @daruma: why not make a few more vegan dishes?

26/03/2024: The service was very good, the waiters weren't too pushy and were always very accommodating. The food and the associated ambience were also perfect. The quality of sushi was really very high, we have been there twice in our short time in Rome and can really only recommend it!

12/03/2024: Excellent food! I follow a vegan diet and I had the opportunity to eat very well. Furthermore, I ate a poke the day after purchasing it, for travel reasons, and it was as good as if I had eaten it at the same time as purchasing it. I'll be back with my eyes closed!

21/05/2024: Very good mochi especially the one with citrus fruits; unfortunately the mochi were the only vegan dessert available. The transport packaging is nice and very convenient. The extremely kind staff.

26/03/2024: Abbiamo attraversato mezza Roma per cenare in questo posto e ne è assolutamente valsa la pena!! Porzioni abbondanti, all'intero dei roll c'era tanto "pesce"!! Noi abbiamo preso solo pezzi vegani e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, nonostante il prezzo di fascia medio-alta, si sente la qualità ed è uno di quei locali che non è rimasto ai soliti menù che escludono chi è vegano/vegetariano!
