09/06/2025: Entering the IKEA in Villesse was like taking a leap back in time... but for the better! As a boy, I was a regular visitor to the IKEA in Catania: I still remember the thrill of getting lost in the aisles full of ideas, the dream furniture and that unmistakable smell of Swedish meatballs that made me hungry even after lunch! Today, after many years, finding that familiar atmosphere in Villesse was surprising. The store is spacious, tidy and welcoming, with staff who are always available and smiling. I really appreciated the Quiet Hours on Wednesdays, a truly inclusive initiative that shows attention to all customers. And then the Relax Room? A brilliant idea for those who need a quiet break. The restaurant is a must: tasty dishes, honest prices and a relaxing environment. And the Bistro is perfect for a quick break between one piece of furniture and another. I also took advantage of the "Click and Collect" service, very convenient and super efficient. In short, IKEA Villesse is much more than a store: it is a place where you can find inspiration, comfort and a touch of nostalgia. If like me you loved the IKEA of your youth, here you will feel at home again.

23/03/2025: Truly embarrassing staff, I would really like to know who hires these people! We show up today and I order 3 mediums and I ask for a cone for the child and I am told that she would give me a cup with a little ice cream with what I wanted on top and that if the colleagues had problems contacting her she would answer (which I never asked because I only wanted the cone to put some of my ice cream on the child). I accept your proposal, we arrive at the moment of having our products and the ruckus breaks out!!! A girl other than the one on the receipt is annoyed by what her colleague did, they start talking to each other in a very rude way but in the end she starts making this blessed one euro cup and puts some strawberry on it and at that point the girl who made the receipt starts SCREAMING IN FRONT OF EVERYONE: "THEN NEXT TIME YOU'LL PAY FOR IT IN FULL". - we had only asked for a cone and she did all this drama making us look bad by making us look like poor people who can't pay 3 euros!!!! We offer to pay the rest and they refuse but continue talking to each other!!!!! I would say that before proposing things it would be a good idea to reach an agreement among colleagues in order to avoid these misfortunes! If there hadn't been a kilometre-long queue I would have asked to speak to the manager because something like this is unacceptable! The staff and management needs to be completely overhauled! It's not the first time we've come and they've treated us badly! Test this scum first!!! Working for me would last 2 hours no more!!!!!! I specify that this chaos was created by the girl with the tattoo on her arm and I think I've read about other people complaining!! After this experience we will never go back; the thing that is certain is that a selection of the staff must be made because it is a worthwhile activity but I am sure that many people no longer go there because of them! A shame!!!!!

08/06/2025: Very good food and various Greek specialties at a good price, I take as an example the Limnos Plate: €13.90 and includes a nice piece of breaded cod, some chips with sauce of your choice and pita with grilled aubergines. This place is great to eat well and taste Greek dishes. I highly recommend. The order is done at the cash register, so take a good look at the menu on the tables before ordering. 16/06/2025: We were there for dinner four friends ... we ordered the ribs (hot bbq ribs) they arrive normal, ok ... they brought mixed salads, but without olive oil without balsamic vinegar .... we asked for some spicy sauce or maybe bbq sauce they brought us ketchup and mayonnaise !!!! after we ordered the bottle of white wine ... they brought the bottle of hot wine !!!! The service was simply horrible!

07/06/2025: Restaurant inside the Tiare shopping center. In the last months/years the prices have increased more and more and the portions and condiments have decreased. Remember to check the take away because sometimes it happens that sauces or other additions are forgotten.
