Compleanno della collega.
Il mio dispiacere è aver consegnato al personale del ristorante la torta di compleanno intatta, avendo controllato attraverso un apertura, e al momento del festeggiamento invece giunge al tavolo completamente rovinata. Il personale avvisa che era già giunta sciolta, ma il trasporto di 20 minuti è stato attento con borsa frigo e ghiaccine. La torta era il mio regalo per la festeggiata. Portata al tavolo La torta era a temperatura ambiente. Se fosse stata conservata in frigo, doveva essere fredda. Che peccato! Con tanta cura avevo avvisato il personale di metterla subito in frigo.
Scorretti al massimo!
09/04/2024: Characteristic place where you can try Friulian specialties such as frico, cooked in a superb way, and the famous cevapcic (small sausages typical of the place). Excellent first courses and impeccable service with the typical friendliness of the Friulians. Great prices.

01/05/2024: Good pizza with not excessively salty dough: as a rule, you won't spend the night searching for water like seals in the desert. Courteous and efficient service.
14/03/2024: Among the 5 best pizzas in Friuli (my taste) and the restaurant I highly recommend garlic oil and chilli pepper (don't take it for granted!) and as a second course the Valtellina steak.... I dream of it at night!!

07/04/2024: Characteristic environment and high quality food, contrasts of flavors slightly to be reviewed... courteous and smiling staff, kind and friendly but unfortunately too disoriented, I believe due to poor training of the same... INVESTING IN THE DINING STAFF WILL PAY FOR YOU...
Basic mis en place consisting of a simple fabric napkin, American style eco-leather placemat, very characteristic but does not compensate for the place setting of €9.20 per person...
04/04/2024: Very good we had a good time, I'm a little ashamed to say it but the portions were small even if in a gourmet restaurant the portions must be like this. the point is that the dishes were so tasty, that we would have preferred a larger portion. but we know well that a gourmet restaurant, as already mentioned before, the portions provide an experience of flavors and aromas different from restaurants and trattorias. However, two first courses, an appetizer, a glass of wine, a Coca-Cola, €107. Huge heartfelt and sincere compliments to the chef.

04/12/2023: I ordered a hot sandwich and it arrived cold. The music in the venue was a little too loud for my taste.
07/11/2023: One of the best carbonaras in the area. Absolutely worth trying. The super friendly staff, if you are passing through the Gradisca or Romans area this is an absolutely must-do stop.
