22/03/2024: We had excellent service, we also had advice on the selection of wine, of which there is an abundance. The food was excellent - we had carpaccio, pasta and steak (filetto di manzo prime). And as a dessert, a chocolate sphere covered with a warm raspberry topping and ice cream in the middle (sfera di cioccolato). It was a beautiful evening. It is advisable to make a reservation, during our visit the restaurant was almost fully occupied. Thank you 👍

I advise the kitchen manager to taste his cut so as not to lose the good name of the place. And it was also noisy for a lesson on alcohol in an adjacent room that didn't allow us to talk. Sin.

15/03/2024: Located in the town center of Ossana, it is welcoming, with friendly staff and owners, with fast and courteous service. Excellent pizza with fragrant and tasty dough. Good wine selection, with an interesting menu including TRENTODOC bubbles, a couple of champagnes and white, rosé, red wines from Trentino and elsewhere. Adequate beers. Parking nearby, perhaps access not convenient for people with walking problems. I'll be back.

18/05/2024: Wonderful place, genuine food, plentiful and very good. The location is a break from everything else in the world. Reasonable prices, polite and very helpful staff. The polenta gnocchi as you can see from the clean plate, were magnificent as was their tiramisu.

20/04/2024: Rifugio La Ronda, Trentino, Italy. My short visit here was, however, an intense experience because the time spent here was compressed to the maximum, managing to venture on the slopes and at the same time admire the Dolomites from the terrace of the refuge with a glass of wine! The atmosphere is amazing here in the strong mountain air with the view all the time. On all slopes you can quickly get to where you want to go if you use the modern cable transport facilities that quickly pick up tourists at different points. The large and long slopes are for all categories of participants and the landscapes are superb. Inside the refuge you will find a pleasant relaxing atmosphere but with a lot of hustle and bustle. I served here a sparkling and fruity wine, and a good coffee to my taste. If you have more time, possibly for a short vacation, do not hesitate to come here, where you can easily reach Paganella Ski coming from Andalo -0.5 Km or from Fai della Paganella located 1.8 km away. Adventure awaits you!

18/02/2024: I've been to this restaurant a lot of times and it's always a guarantee. It is a place with typical Trentino cuisine. Both the service and the dishes are exceptional. You can find traditional dishes that have been cooked using local and excellent quality raw materials. Some dishes on the menu are gluten-free and there is the possibility of eating without the risk of contamination, given the attention of the staff.
