08/06/2025: Dalle recensioni lette abbiamo deciso di mangiare il gelato qui da Baffone e abbiamo fatto bene, direi ottimo! Piccola gelateria tra i vicoletti di Ravello con ampia scelta di gusti. Noi abbiamo preso un cono 2 gusti e un sorbetto al limone. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più, oltre al sapore unico di frutta, è stato il fatto che ti danno la possibilità di prendere il sorbetto anche sul cono o nella coppetta e non solo nel limone. Ovviamente quello nel limone ha un costo maggiore. Per un cono 2 gusti (ritenuto piccolo ma piccolo non è) e una coppetta, abbiamo speso 8€. Vi assicuro che sono prezzi più che onesti per il posto in cui siamo. Detto ciò, complimenti per tutto anche per la gentilezza con cui ci hanno accolti!

02/06/2025: Encontramos este lugar a pocas puertas de donde estábamos alojados las mejores pizzas que hemos hecho mientras esperábamos nos sentamos y tuvimos vino muy bueno también las pizzas eran enormes y probado celestial mara nos mantuvo divertidos cada vez que fuimos a su visita obligada para comer allí cuando en ravello.

06/06/2025: Service was below expectations (Sunday night) — communication was difficult as the staff only spoke Italian, with no English spoken. That said, the drinks were good for the price, and the view was absolutely beautiful, making it worth a visit for the atmosphere alone. The music was just Italian radio, which didn’t quite match the setting. A curated playlist could improve the overall vibe.

05/06/2025: Sem dúvida, o forte do restaurante é a localização e a vista deslumbrante. A comida é boa também. Se for de carro, estacione no Teatro Oscar Niemayer que fica pertinho.

28/05/2025: This place deserve way better reviews! My husband and I came to Ravello for a day trip and I found this restaurant on chatgpt bc I have lactose and gluten restrictions. I had the best beef fillet during my time in Italy and my husband had a great lobster pasta! He had an amazing aperol spritz and I had a virgin colada! Both were great! The service was fast and the view is just breathtaking! I was ao happy they had a decaf capuccino without lactose! It is so rare to find that in Italy! All the servers were very kind.

10/06/2025: A delight! The lasagna was delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection, and the courgette pasta needed a little salt, but that's just my style. I liked the service, the waiters were very friendly and attentive. They were very polite and helpful, and I really liked the overall atmosphere! I recommend it!

Un bémol : des prix dans la logique du marché à l’exception d’ une addition incompréhensible de 78 euros pour trois verres d’un vin blanc régional • soit 26 euro le verre ,nous n’avions pas pensé demander le prix du vin au verre d’habitude on est dans les 10 euros le verre de vin local. Dommage ça surprend d’autant plus que nous étions déjà venus l’année dernière sans subir cette surprise. • Ce vin coûte 18 Euro la bouteille sur le marché, belle marge

30/05/2025: I just returned from a trip to Italy with a family of 15. Our boat trip was cancelled due to weather so we went to Ravello as a plan B. I was scrambling to find restaurant accommodations for 15 and stumbled upon Sigilgaida. Enter our hero, Pasquale. He and I chatted and he not only made room to accommodate us, but what he had prepared re seating options when we arrived for dinner was beautiful. Wonderful setting with breathe taking views. To say my family was thrilled and delighted would be an understatement. What followed after we were seated turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10 day trip. We were wined and dined as if we were long lost members of Pasquale's family. He introduced local wines (one of which was my favorite of the trip), brought insight to the dishes, and treated us with surprises at every turn. He created a night none of us will forget and in the process we felt like we made a new friend. Beyond that, when the meal was complete, Pasquale and the staff had rides for us waiting back to Amalfi (no easy feat at that time and place). Over the top consideration and service. If you find yourself in Ravello and are looking for an amazing meal, with incredible views, that will create lasting memories, don't miss this place. 22/05/2025: This hotel will forever live in our minds as one of the peak experiences of our entire honeymoon. Such a special find. Before we left we talked about how this will be the place we return to one day to relive our honeymoon. We were hesitant to only have dinner at the hotel instead of exploring local restaurants for unique food experiences, however, every single night we had the best meal of our lives at villa San Michele. The fresh local flavors are out of this world. We will never forget the lime olive oil risotto with raw tuna.

21/06/2025: The review concerns only the food. We have a lot of experience with food in Italy, we were guided by the good reviews and were very disappointed, and we simply ordered a pizza (with pecorino and diavola). The dough itself was average, but the sauce was very bad - it tasted like from a can of concentrate, there was a lot of it as you can see in the photo, there was very little cheese, it was imperceptible in the taste, you can only feel the tomato concentrate. If these two pizzas cost 10 euros in total I would probably skip the review, but for two pizzas it cost 26 euros. In addition, two waters with lemon (10 euros) and the entire bill with service (6 euros) was 42 euros. Quite a lot for a piece of dough with tomato and a bit of cheese, but above all - tasteless. And this is really not a matter of taste. I do not recommend.

07/06/2025: Don't go. They have very bad service. The food is not worth it and the price is high for what they offer. It's a shame because the view is beautiful. The only thing that saves it is the bread.

01/06/2025: El restaurante está en un entorno precioso. Éramos tres cenando. Tenía un antípasto entonces Calzone para 2 de nosotros. Tenía el sándwich plano en el menú que está justo encima de la Calzone en el menú. El restaurante estaba ocupado. Teníamos 7: 30 reservas, pero realmente comenzó a llenarse a las 9: 00 pm. Es justo antes de la plaza principal de la ciudad. El servicio fue genial. También tuvieron un evento privado - cena de ensayo para una princesa italiana. También vimos que la pizza estaba saliendo y se veían increíbles. Había gente local cenando y eso es una buena señal. El joven dijo que también va allí. Tenía vino de la casa. Estuvo bien. Me gustaría ir allí de nuevo

14/04/2025: Hicieron el queso mozzarella esa mañana, ¡y nunca he tenido algo mejor! La comida era fresca y tan deliciosa, que tuve los mejores tomates de mi vida! Tengo el pescado del día y mi marido tiene una pasta con salsa de carne. Ambos eran perfectos! Sus recomendaciones de vinos también estaban presentes, y las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente!

15/06/2025: Wow what a place. Mama mia cooks herself. She walks around the tables all evening, brings food, brings an extra plate, extra tiramisu and 1 more. We enjoyed the hospitality, the service, the atmosphere and the delicious food.

15/06/2025: Amazing food! We had the marinara pizza, penne arrabbiata and tiramisu. It all tasted delicious. Service was friendly with nonna checking in on us every so often!
