15/05/2024: The visit to this restaurant is also worth it just for the place in which it is located which remains its real strong point. In the heart of the Picentini natural park. In the locality of Fontigliano di Nusco. Easily accessible by car, although the access road is a bit ruined in some places with bumps, ditches and depressions. At the end you arrive in front of the ancient Benedictine Abbey of Santa Maria di Fontigliano, of late medieval foundation and today in Gothic style after the restorations of the late nineteenth century. There is also a welcoming naturalistic equipped area and above all one of the most interesting nature trails branches out among the beech woods of the park, up to Montagnone di Nusco and from there to Lake Laceno. The restaurant, in rustic style, has a perhaps a little excessive number of seats. But that's it. We visited it on a holiday with many people, and perhaps for this reason the service was quite distracted and superficial. As for the food, which is what interests us, the Maccaronara with meat sauce is really good, which is a dish we recommend. Handmade pasta with the right degree of roughness to better adhere the ragù. The ravioli had a fresh and enjoyable ricotta filling, a shame about the sauce with porcini mushrooms and truffles, which was weak and a little wasteful. The house starters cannot be judged, due to the very small quantity of products served, with a slice of ham, a coppa and little else that I no longer remember.

20/02/2024: This was our last dinner in Italy after Carnevale. We walked in happy and tired. One of the group picked the place without looking at the menu, despite half the group being vegan. I'm vegan and don't mind asking for a mixed salad, and seeing what they have that can be easily converted. There was not a single vegan option on the menu, even the three vegetarian options were basically cheese plus a couple other things." One of the others in the group asked if there was anything tat could be done ( she didn't want a salad). The waitress, who was FANTASTIC, dashed into the kitchen and returned with vegan six dishes the kitchen could make for us on the spot! They were SO delicious. Best eggplant I had the entire trip!

10/03/2024: A differenza degli anni precedenti, mi sono ritrovata con un Menù totalmente diverso, che d'oggi non è più agrituristico ma alla carta ,in precedenza offrivano un antipasto molto più generoso mentre oggi ti chiedono addirittura se devono essere servito per una o più persone facendolo pagare singolarmente, anche la qualità non è più buona come una volta è tutto questo lo si nota anche dal locale semivuoto.

11/11/2023: Sono stato x la prima volta in questo agriturismo, avendo acquistato un Groupon, cercavo un locale che mi facesse vivere i colori, profumi e sapori dell'autunno, ho scelto bene, abbiamo mangiato molto e molto bene, Alessandro è una persona gentilissima, disponibilissima, un gestore come pochi, i piatti abbondanti e buoni, il Groupon è stato rispettato alla lettera. L'agriturismo si trova a cinque minuti da Nusco, che è un paesino spettacolare, sembra di essere proiettati indietro nel tempo, in un borgo pulito ordinato e molto caratteristico. Consiglio a tutti il connubio, soprattutto nel periodo natalizio.
27/10/2023: Accoglienza quasi nulla, cameriera che non sa cosa hanno in cucina e nonostante abbia un foglio scritto con quello che c'è in menù spesso e volentieri deve andare in cucina a chiedere cosa c'è e cosa non c'è. Servizio lento, molto lento, una tartaruga sarebbe stata più veloce. Cibo tutto sommato buono, ma porzioni scarse. Ma il bello viene al momento del conto abbiamo pagato il coperto anche per due neonati che ovviamente non si sono seduti a tavola o meglio uno era nel sediolone e l'altro nel passeggino, per non parlare che abbiamo pagato i contorni anche per gli avventori seduti al tavolo accanto probabilmente..
Per quello che abbiamo mangiato "scontrino" esorbitante. Si noti che scontrino è tra virgolette perchè per questo ristoratore evidentemente è un optional fare lo scontrino, come è un optional avere il pos per i pagamenti, sappi mio caro che il pos dovresti averlo per legge. Mi fermo qui perchè ci sarebbe altro da dire. Ci hai visto adesso e non ci vedrai mai più. Ovviamente a chi ci chiederà un posto dove mangiare non faremo certo il nome del tuo ristorante.

07/01/2024: Sono ritornato dopo 3 anni all'Agriturismo La Tartufaia un agriturismo a conduzione familiare gestito da Rino la moglie e il figlio.
I piatti principali sono tutti a base di tartufo e funghi porcini.
Molto particolari gli antipasti con tartufo molto abbondanti, gli scialatielli con pomodoro,tartufo e funghi porcini così come la scamorza con funghi porcini e tartufo.
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e si mangia davvero molto abbondante, niente a che vedere con i gourmet che si vedono in giro, non offendendo nessuno perchè anche a me piace il gourmet anche se a volte preferisco il tradizionale pranzo.
Ve lo consiglio si mangia davvero benissimo per gli amanti del tartufo e funghi porcini è il top.
