I ordered the much vaunted "Smashburger" which should be, as the name suggests, crushed on the hot plate to form the infamous and succulent crust... but I was presented with a sandwich with two normal, thinner burgers with grill marks. Too bad because Anyway, the ingredients used weren't bad but at €14.50, therefore New York prices, I expected much better. But the most sore point was the grilled chicken breast ordered by my wife which was mostly dry and tough. The service okay.

02/05/2024: Staff completely disinterested in customer needs. In my case the manager forgot to mark my order (she had only marked those of the other diners, despite having heard mine clearly). When after 45 minutes I pointed out that I still hadn't received what I ordered, she apologized for the mistake and said she would take care of it immediately. In reality he simply put it at the end of the other orders. The result was that after an hour and a half I still hadn't eaten. I announced that I had now lost my appetite and that I was going to pay. Coincidentally, after a few seconds the order arrives, which I clearly refuse as I am now ready to leave. The almost annoyed lady tells me what she should have done with the order "what do I do, I'll throw it away?", almost as if she wanted to shift the responsibility onto me. I replied that that order was no longer mine and he could do whatever he wanted with it. They also mark my cover charge on the bill and when I leave, despite greeting the manager who had made the mistake, she pretends not to see me without returning the greeting. Very bad experience. Terrible crisis management by staff, terrible customer care.
