29/03/2024: Truly an elite environment, this is Elite Cucina di mare. About a kilometer from the Hotel Roma in the street adjacent to the Roseto Degli Abruzzi seafront there is this truly wonderful location. The welcome of the staff is the first sweet note of a truly pleasant symphony. A refined, extremely clean environment where you can relax to the pleasant background of jazz music and where you can taste excellent fish presented in a wonderful setting and associated with flavors that enhance the taste is not a dream, no, all this is the reality of this beautiful place. You have the continuous attention of the staff who explain to you the how and why of every single dish you go to taste, associating it (if you wish) with wines from cellars with a capital C. Truly highly recommended if you are in this area. If you are wondering about the price... well I tell you that you pay for quality so for a moment put aside the thought of how much you will spend, but go and eat food prepared and presented with criteria. The right criterion. Really very good!

24/03/2024: Nella prima piovosa domenica primaverile, prenotiamo in questo ristorante per il pranzo, con mia moglie e nostro figlio di 6 mesi in passeggino. Locale lodevole, situato all’interno di un complesso residenziale nella zona finale della riserva del borsacchio; pulito ed accogliente con luci soffuse e un ottima organizzazione degli spazi. Le portate deliziose, preparate con cura e gusto, a piena soddisfazione dei palati più esigenti completati da un mix di sapori dall’aspro al piccante, e ancora dall’amaro al dolce. Una grandissima nota di merito al servizio, impeccabile in ogni esposizione di piatti e bevande, e ogni gesto dalla presa dei cappotti all’arrivo fino all’apertura della porta in uscita. Torneremo con vero piacere e lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che si dovessero trovare in zona Roseto e limitrofe.

18/02/2024: Locale molto accogliente, pochi tavoli e tutto molto curato. Il menù è ben strutturato, pochi piatti ma la scelta è molto invitante e evidenziano una ricerca di novità nella tradizione. Ero lo solo per un pranzo leggero ( antipasto di pecorino fritto, ottimo, e tagliata di grande qualità come le verdurine di accompagnamento) e certamente tornerò per una cena in compagnia per assaggiare il menù degustazione

20/05/2024: I had dinner on a Saturday evening with my partner, we were craving burgers and we decided to go to Ambaradam in Roseto. We got some fries and a burger. All very good and cooked well. The cost per person is around €20. You can't book, you go and eat or at most you wait for a table to become free. You can eat both inside and outside. I recommend it 👍🏼. Personally, I was struck by the name of the place and I found the explanation on the tablecloth at the table and it is this: Amberadam: 1. confusion, chaos: creating an ambaradam to attract attention 2. Very complex activity or realization: he assembled all this ambaradam himself The term originates from the battle of Amba Aradam (Ethiopian plateau) in which the Italians allied themselves with local tribes, who were in turn allied with the enemy. In the clash there was such confusion that no one in the end he was able to understand who he was fighting against. A gigantic one theater of the absurd, of which the word resumes curiously also an involuntary comic streak.

02/04/2024: I often come to eat here with my family, it has now become a guarantee. yesterday, although they were closed as a rule, they only opened to let us celebrate my father's birthday. pizza always at the top, including meat and starters. always friendly staff. Furthermore, behind their restaurant there is a large, very convenient car park. a dish that I strongly recommend is the Angus steak

03/03/2024: Ottima esperienza Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo agriturismo e ci siamo stati con amici e altri bambini. Servizio perfetto, cameriere attento e disponibile nonostante fosse solo in sala. Cibo buono, di qualità, fresco e ben cucinato. Area all’aperto con animali dove i bimbi possono divertirsi ad osservarli e area verde dove far giocare i piccoli durante il pranzo. Torneremo sicuramente quando ci sarà la Possibilità di pranzare all’aperto perché il luogo merita tanto! Grazie ancora! Ps Prezzo OTTIMO!

16/05/2024: Great motorhome parking space and the restaurant is very good and has fair prices. We arrived after 2 p.m. and asked if we could still eat. No problem and the entire menu was still available to choose from. Gladly again

25/04/2024: We happened to pass by chance with the camper in this splendid rest area complete with all services managed by special people like Mr. Romeo who will remain in our hearts. We had lunch and dinner in their trattoria with homemade products, exquisite dishes and fabulous pizza. What to add other than to go there to try. More than recommended.

13/03/2024: Excellent and wide choice of pizza flavours, excellent quality too. If we have to find a flaw...the interior is a bit small if you want to eat on site, there are few tables. In summer you can also eat outside. Highly recommended!!

08/04/2024: Sono Uscito dall'autostrada ieri 7 aprile nel bel mezzo di un lungo viaggio proprio per andare a pranzo da loro con mia moglie. La cordialità e la simpatia dei gestori e del figlio ma soprattutto la qualità del cibo ancora gusti alla vecchia maniera rendono questo posto totalmente gradevole. Dopo aver mangiato come un lupo ho ancora guidato per 700 km senza aver avuto nessun problema di digestione o pesantezza allo stomaco. Questo è frutto di prodotti genuini cucinati con sapienza. Consiglio a tutti un'esperienza da Tony e mi riprometto di tornarci tutte le volte che passerò a Roseto degli Abruzzi. Ps oltre al mangiare geniuno e sano ho riscontrato un conto irrisorio!!!! 28/03/2024: We ate there every summer. The location, quality and price ratio was really excellent. Abundant dishes, very good raw and cooked. Unfortunately, last summer was a huge disappointment: the raw meats filled with jam, a sacrilege, we didn't even touch a first course, as we didn't like it, but we paid for it anyway. The fact is that we paid 75 euros per person for a lunch of dubious quality... madness! I don't think we will return and I don't recommend it anymore.
