Very high level restaurant in Venice. In Venice there is not only creamed cod and Venetian liver! But also the garusoli and the gó. At Zanze you can discover the other Venetian cuisine, with exemplary care and preparation. Restaurant rightfully included in the Michelin Guide, worth trying but only for connoisseurs. You discover foods and fish from the lagoon that are not easily found elsewhere. Careful and studied cuisine. But without being pretentious and necessarily "strange". Perfect service, but not snooty. Nice place a stone's throw from the train station. Round of wonderful appetizers. To try.

Very good restaurant. Interesting and tasty dishes that will definitely surprise you, such as tiramisu with gold. Local wines and alcohol are available. Excellent service, attentive waiters. I was delighted and will gladly come again.

The most beautiful culinary experience of my life. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful and very sweet Irene who explained all the courses, as well as many other anecdotes and curiosities, with elegance and professionalism. Guglielmo, on the other hand, guided us into his world of wines and good drinking, super prepared and ready to answer our questions. Beautiful surprise from the Chefs who here and there illustrated their creations to us. Dishes that left us with incredible emotions that made us move more than once. Attention to detail and everything taken care of meticulously, from the layout, to the room, to the bathroom. The presence of Irene and Guglielmo, attentive and present but never intrusive, is as important as the quality of the raw materials and the intelligence and skill in putting them on the plates. ANIMA is the name of the tasting and it is exactly what you touched us with your mastery. Thank you very much again

A very high level restaurant in an ultra-tourist city. Very pleasant surprise. Chef at the command of a young and highly trained team. Even in the dining room, attentive and polite service that puts you at ease without being intrusive but not too pompous either.

Unforgettable experience. A few steps from the station is this little gem where the welcome is exquisite, the staff is trained and attentive to the customer in every way, the exclusively local raw materials are excellent and cooked in the best way to enhance their quality. I highly recommend.

Creatività e attenzione al territorio sono la cifra stilistica di questo locale fuori dalla folla veneziana in un angolo di Venezia da scoprire anche se non distante dalla Stazione santa Lucia. Il servizio è attento e l’ambiente disinvolto.

Accoglienza e personale veramente fantastici, professionalità, cortesia e bei modi caratterizzano già dai primi istanti Zanze XVI. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù a 5 portate, in quanto non mangiando carni e’ stata l’unica scelta possibile, essendo completamente a base di pesce. E’ stata una scelta ottimale, tutto perfetto !, tutto ben preparato !, tutto ben presentato e tutto “super” prelibato ! Faccio un appunto dal punto di vista strettamente “commerciale”, non condivido assolutamente, in menu da 110 euro, far pagare il coperto ed il caffè, dal mio punto di vista sarebbe meglio, piuttosto far pagare un po’ di più il menù, ma non aggiungere ammennicoli quali caffè, coperto etc… Ma, questo è un mio personalissimo modo di vedere le cose …. Dal punto di vista culinario tutto al top !
