Very nice restaurant, excellent food and perfect service. A ''no children allowed'' sign should be put up, here as in every restaurant.

I have eaten at Walserschild over and over again, both for lunch and dinner. The menu varies according to the season, the ingredients are always of high quality, the dishes are excellent and the plating is always attentive and refined. The service is kind and welcoming. Super recommended!

Today I had the pleasure of trying an excellent culinary experience, thanks to a young and very promising staff. Meat reigns supreme, but there are creative and varied dishes for all tastes. Really congratulations to everyone!

We were a group of 16 people and we went every evening last week for dinner. Excellent cuisine of local dishes and amazing service from all the guys on the team. Well done Chiko and congratulations to all your staff. I highly recommend it.

Locar molto caldo ed accogliente lungo la strada principale di Gressoney La Trinite. Ambiente accogliente personale gentile buona scelta di vini e birre in bottiglia o alla spina. Buona la pizza ben condita e con ingredienti anche locali (mocetta, lardo, fontina, etc) di qualità.

Locale gestito da personale molto gentile e simpatico. Ottimo che permettano di andare a cena anche dopo le 20,30!! Non così scontato in VdA. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo preso prevalentemente pizze e non possiamo che recensirle positivamente.. impasto leggero e ingredienti di qualità. Invece la Valdostana così così..ne abbiamo mangiate di più buone. Nel complesso consigliato!!

28/01/2024: A wonderful place to say the least, like the mountains that surround it. The goodness of all dishes is indisputable but what makes this experience special is Beppe's welcome, a special and above all genuine welcome! I can't wait to go back!
10/01/2024: Excellent products in an authentic environment….. good selection of wines…. Ps. Berta is exceptional!

Wood Restaurant

18/03/2024: Food was good, but wouldn’t say amazing, as I usually expect with a Michelin restaurant (of which I’ve been to many). Presentation was nice, but not overly impressed with taste/flavors. Staff was attentive and service was top notch. Atmosphere is such that it wants to be cozy in a ski town with simple wood decor, but there is something missing to the coziness, and just feels a bit stiff and cold. Overall, decent meal but not worth the Michelin prices.
27/02/2024: Un grande grazie per tutte le attenzioni ricevute sia nel servizio che nella cura dei piatti, trasmettete passione e amore in tutto ciò che fate e i piatti ne sono la dimostrazione, uno più esilarante dell'altro, accompagnati da un vino molto interessante suggerito dall'esperto Cristian il quale ringrazio insieme ad Amanda, due persone speciali.
