Ottimo ristorante, chitarrone alla carbonara eccellente come gli umbricelli cacio e pepe, ottimo petto d'anatra un gusto delicatissimo. Meraviglioso tiramisù scomposto, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati, tutto perfetto, vino e mirto con servizio molto empatico e professionale, meritate la lode, grazie, torneremo di sicuro, anche per assaggiare la rana pescatrice. Grazie anche per i tappi di sughero e viva la Sardegna, può essere un idea portare qualche piatto sardo? Il mirto c'è ed è top. Grazie ragazzi ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ 5 stelle 🔝

It’s located in what I had - wrongly - assumed would be a tourist thoroughfare. Vinosus is set back and provides a very quaint atmosphere, and with a beautiful ceiling mural. We were the only ones in on a random December Sunday, and the service and food were fantastic. We got the cacio e pepe, carbonara, the local salami and cheese plate, and the beef cheek, all of which I would highly recommend. In addition, the prices are beyond fair, fantastic value. Gluten free choices and tagliatelle.

We weren't local and before going on Google we came across this place, we had high expectations and so it was. Good food, and great service which always has a great impact on the customer!

01/05/2024: The Trippini restaurant is a true hidden gem in Civitella del Lago, offering a breathtaking view that enchants the senses even before tasting the dishes. The friendly and knowledgeable staff welcomes you with a warm smile, making you immediately feel at home. And what about the talented chef Paolo? His creations are true culinary works of art, beautiful to look at and divine to taste. We opted for the "freehand" menu, and each course masterfully explained the restaurant's cooking philosophy, based on seasonal and local ingredients that enhance the territory. Each dish was a symphony of flavors and textures, accompanied by excellent wines that completed the gastronomic experience perfectly. A restaurant that deserves to receive its first star soon. Their dedication to quality, creativity and the overall experience is simply exceptional and undoubtedly deserves the highest recognition. I highly recommend this culinary gem to anyone looking for an extraordinary gastronomic experience in a lovely setting.

20/12/2023: Nice place, very slow service (over an hour for two pizzas) The pizzas (however well seasoned) did not impress me... very low, almost unleavened... they gave the idea of ​​pre-cooked focaccias. I therefore count 42 euros for two pizzas, two medium light ones, two coffees and two bitters, perhaps a little high.
30/11/2023: Characteristic furnishings, excellent ultra-thin and pre-cut pizzerias, the selection of beers is also very good... and finally the excellent courtesy of David... absolutely worth trying
