A truly beautiful evening spent in this very welcoming place. Located in the old city, furnished in a simple and functional way, everything is really beautiful. We were greeted kindly by qualified staff. We ate really well, abundant dishes prepared with skill. I must say excellent impression. Highly recommended

The restaurant, in the center of Bitonto and very close to the castle, offers only land dishes. Entrees with beef bread, a shared plate of toasted bread with smoked roast beef, tartare sauce and salad, then two spaghettoni with cheese, pepper and truffle (plus scorzone) and glasses of wine. The total cost of 65 euros was certainly not cheap. Very good service and quality of the dishes tasted.

19/03/2024: Welcoming place, excellent cuisine and good service make the San Giuseppe farmhouse a point of reference in the Castel del Monte area.
17/03/2024: Nice place. Animals, games for children, pure air and beautiful views. The games are just a little disused and not very clean, I can't comment on the interior.

Le Terrazze del Santa Lucia Sas

29/03/2024: Cute little place! We only went at lunch time so unable to comment on the dinner options, but we got Antipasto: Piatto della Terrazze and it was excellent! The mix of antipasti was eclectic and delicious, and for only €10 each! Even though it looks small, it was actually surprisingly filling and more than enough for lunch. The drinks were also excellent and high in alcohol. The staff there are friendly and attentive, though they speak little English if you are a tourist (obviously not an issue for most of the clientele who were Italian). The only real issues for me were the setting - the terrace was closed throughout and the inside is stuffy and poorly decorated. The toilets were also quite basic and uncomfortable, but clean. The pastries looked amazing, though we didn’t get a chance to sample them as we were so full from lunch! Overall, a good experience!
