Excellent food quality, absolutely not comparable with all you can eat sushi, good service and customer attention, prices higher than average but in line with the quality offered.

We went here for the first time for dinner. Really nice location, quite attentive service and overall pleasant. We appreciated the open kitchen which is almost always a symptom of quality and cleanliness. We really liked everything we tasted, so much so that we immediately told ourselves to come back. In particular, the Grab Rolls were spectacular, the octopus balls were really good and the samuza delighted us! The panbao were a pleasant surprise, we usually always find them bland elsewhere but we loved them at Umami. I would focus just a little more on the accompaniment of the cocktails, also serving a little something unusual because it would be in the same vein as the rest of the service. Well done, very good. An excellent place that doesn't even fall on the price, absolutely compared to the quality of the food and the service!

Some tasty and well-balanced entrees, red mazara prawn and blue prawn nigiri (you can't find them in all Japanese restaurants, on the contrary) Then a chef's choice, 40 pieces, the sashimi was of excellent quality; the hosomaki varied and well made. Two glasses of white. Price 125 euros. In my opinion probably the best Japanese in the city, the price is in line with the quality. Recommended for someone who wants to eat a certain type of sushi.

Organizzato una cena con mia moglie Locale stile urban molto ben strutturato ed arredato. Molta varietà nei piatti, prodotti di ottima qualità e quantità. Qualche entree sfizioso e ben bilanciato, nigiri di gambero rosso di mazara e gambero blu(non li trovi n tutti i ristoranti giapponesi, anzi) Poi una scelta dello chef, 40 pezzi, il sashimi era di ottima qualità; gli hosomaki vari e ben fatti. Due calici di bianco. Prezzo 125 euro. A mio avviso probabilmente il miglior giapponese dell città, il prezzo è il linea con la qualità. Consigliato per qualcuno che voglia mangiare un sushi di un certo tipo.
