16/03/2024: Typical local cuisine, fabulous cannelloni, fettuccine, roast meat, tarts, super coffee, etc etc. I met the owner, Mrs Maria, who recently passed away, an example of hospitality and of kindness, which was the winning formula of the Borgo (which I loved very much), known and appreciated in Italy and around the world, but don't worry... the grandchildren continue the tradition by maintaining part of the previous staff, in the kitchen and in room, therefore the winning formula continues and from next week you will also be able to eat in the internal rooms, the place is completely renovated and modernised!
