Off main season, quiet yet warm atmosphere, forthcoming and gentle staff. We had excellent "fritti" and pasta. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Overall the food is So-So. With all the talk of ancient grains, freshly baked bread, excellent raw materials I frankly expected more. We don't eat much but we care a lot about taste. Barely acceptable starter, inedible breaded anchovies. Second course as discreet as the dessert and the wine. Very nice and well-kept environment with the exception of the rubber placemats... prices a little higher than average in relation to what you ate. The list of allergens is completely missing.

Avevo sentito parlare molto bene di questo ristorante ed avevo alte aspettative. La location è piccolina ma davvero bella. La cena è stata una esperienza oltre le aspettative: i piatti sono di una qualità eccezionale, ormai introvabile in giro. Fuori da ogni standard: la pasta è fresca e biologica, si cuoce al forno a legna, tutto è fresco. Senza dubbio la miglior esperienza in puglia. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo stati oggi per il pranzo di capodanno siamo stati molto bene sia per l'ambiente molto accogliente e gentilezza dello staff ma soprattutto per il cibo che a parere unanime era molto buono... Complimenti!
