Trattoria Pizzeria Sant'antonio In San cataldo

Changed ownership and management from one family to another. The cuisine is homemade. Unfortunately, the diner is no longer what it was before, in fact I noticed a step backwards compared to the previous kitchen. When ordering the lasagna for example, there was no hard-boiled eggs and there was also too much sauce and not enough meat sauce. I believe the prices have remained the same as the old management, the baked pasta and lasagne which were among the most expensive in San Cataldo, have now adapted to other people's prices. At the inauguration I tasted the diner but nothing like the one before and I had to reduce the stars because there are big changes in the taste and ingredients. The staff is kind.

Excellent restaurant here you can eat fast food, from tripe to shin, meat and fish, I recommend going there.

Il locale avrebbe bisogno di essere personalizzato, risulta un po' anonimo ma é un piccolo dettaglio vista la bontà di tutta la tavola calda. Ottime le arancine soprattutto quella ai funghi, ricca di condimento e sapore, fantastica la siciliana e buonissimo tutto il resto. Inoltre la signora e le sue figlie sono molto educate, un po' timide ma gentili. La domenica prendo spesso una ottima teglia di anelletti al forno e pollo con le patate, entrambi squisiti.
