1. Right on the square, easy parking 2. The signature slanted macaroni is delicious, salty and delicious 3. Pigeon meat thin noodles and fresh noodles. It is rare to use pigeon meat to make sauce. 4. There are many differences in assorted barbecue. The chicken is from legs, not breasts. The mutton is from legs. The pork belly is real pork belly. 5. It’s beef liver, not pork liver [face covering] It’s the first time I’ve seen Italians eat offal like this! Not in the south yet 6. The 2+3 seen in the cup suddenly surprised me 7. Excellent food, very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful and very old-fashioned location. I recommend everyone to try the house penne because it is truly tasty. I recommend everyone to go and try this restaurant.

Passing through, on our way back from Siena, we found a welcoming and "warm" environment. Helpful and friendly owners, especially the lady in the dining room. Lunch was served with excellent, fragrant crostini and tasty penne "house specialities". Honest, interesting prices. We will definitely be back.

Locale informale e tipico. Servizio cordiale ed abbastanza veloce. Prezzi leggermente superiori alla media. Crostini buoni. Ottimo Ossobuco, molto morbido e saporito. Carciofi Fritti discreti. Torta di Mele calda, molto buona. Nel complesso, in Zona, valido e consigliato.

12/12/2023: Serata tra amici! Quella della zona ci porta qui, dove in una vetrinetta sono esposte carni da tutto il mondo con il patron che ne decanta le caratteristiche. E quindi ceniamo con due super bistecche splendidamente cotte e patate. Hanno comunque tante altre specialità toscane e non (da provare il prosciutto di vacca vecchia spagnola). Tutto davvero top!
05/10/2023: This is a small quaint beef restaurant serving traditional Tuscan cuisine. The hospitality and music was great, They have a great selection of beef from various countries. The chefs are a happy father n son team, they sing as they work- what joy! Somehow we seemed to have ordered too many starter dishes, and when the gentle lady serving us noticed that we could not even finish the starters, she kindly enquired if we wanted to cancel the next few meat dishes. We were most grateful for this honest and most considerate move. We will return to enjoy more of this wonderful hospitality and their meats when we return to Tuscany.

Ristorante Il Cantinone

04/04/2024: Perfect restaurant to spend a lunch, a dinner, a holiday... the atmosphere is homely but nice, the waiters and the owners are hospitable, attentive, professional... they are friendly, smiling and nice... we spent a Christmas Eve dinner and a very nice Easter lunch for all the service we received... attentive and prepared even for gluten-free... I thank them again for everything... I recommend it...
30/03/2024: Rustic and family atmosphere, recommended for tasting good local dishes, excellent value for money. A place where substance and not appearance counts.
